| المستخلص: | اهتم الباحث بكتابة بحث منفصل عن ولايتي الأفلاق والبغدان، بعد أن قام بالمشاركة في إصدار كتاب خاص بتاريخ الحروب العثمانية – الروسية مع أ.د/ رأفت غنيمي الشيخ. ولذلك فقد لمس الباحث مدى أهمية تاريخ الولايتين، ومع توافر المادة العلمية، فلا يوجد أي دراسة حسب ما وصل إليه، تخص تاريخ العلاقات العثمانية بالأفلاق والبغدان، لهذا فقد أدرك ومنذ البداية، أنه لابد من كتابة دراسة تخص تلك العلاقات لتكن صفحة من صفحات التاريخ العثماني وتاريخ الولايتين. This study deals with the history of the Ottoman relations with the lands of Eflak-Boğdan since its emergence, the Ottoman rule on it until its independence, and the declaration of self-government by declaring the modern state of Romania after the Treaty of Saint-Septhenius and the Berlin Conference. The study showed the strategic importance of the Eflak-Boğdan, the Ottoman Empire was keen to maintain it and its dependence on it, because it overlooks the trade routes that connect it with the capital Istanbul. Moreover, it overlooks the coast of the Black Sea of great importance to the state. It was necessary to tighten the control of that country, so that Russia cannot get any loophole on the Black Sea, The State responded any attack with all severity to return those areas to its possession again. |
