| المستخلص: | This research deals with the study and realization of the first section of the manuscript, written by (the experience of jurists) to Ashraf al-Din: Ahmad bin Asad al-Farghani Hanafi. And experience: breaking the infallible as the test in the sense of the exam, where the owner of the manuscript said that the king: Fakhruddin Arslan accept the scholars and that some of the most important state asked him to translate a book collected by the jurisprudent Yusuf: Yusuf bin Yaqub ibn Talha in the days of Ibrahim bin Nasser religion, Sabktkin Farsi made him Arab He called it the Garden of Questions. The manuscript in our hands contains issues that have traditionally been the kings' experience of the subjects in a test of their knowledge. We have encountered many difficulties, including: the unilateral version of the Azhar, and the weakness of information about the author and translator We tried to study the manuscript in the form that we learned from our professors, and this effort of the mind, according to us, the virtue of God and from him, and that we sinned that is from the devil. هذا البحث يتناول دراسة وتحقيق القسم الأول من مخطوطة موسومة بــ (خبرة الفقهاء) لأشرف الدين: أحمد بن أسد الفرغاني الحنفي. والخبرة: بكسر الخاء المعجمة كالاختبار بمعنى الامتحان، حيث ذكر صاحب المخطوطة أن الملك: فخر الدين أرسلان أقبل على الفقهاء وأن بعض أكابر الدولة سأله أن يترجم له كتابًا جمعه الفقيه يوسف: يوسف بن يعقوب بن طلحة في أيام إبراهيم بن ناصر الدين سبكتكين بالفارسية فجعله عربيا وسماه بستان الأسئلة. والمخطوطة التي بين أيدينا مشتملة على مسائل كانت عادة الملوك تجربة العلماء بالمسائل اختبارا عن علمهم. وقد واجهتنا صعوبات جمة منها: انفرادية النسخة الأزهرية، وضعف المعلومات عن المؤلف والمترجم والناسخ. حاولنا دراسة المخطوطة بالشكل الذي تعلمناه من أساتذتنا، وهذا جهد العقل، فإن وفقنا ذلك فضل الله ومنه، وأن أخطأنا فذلك من الشيطان وأنفسنا... وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين. |
