| المستخلص: | هدف الدراسة: التعرف على المضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المستنبطة من كتاب الآداب الشرعية والمنح المرعية لابن مفلح المقدسي، وتطبيقاتها التربوية في مجال حياة الناس اليومية.\nمنهج الدراسة\nاعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي الاستنباطي، حيث يتم استخراج المضامين التربوية الاجتماعية من خلال نصوص كتاب الآداب الشرعية، ثم إدراجها تحت الجانب الخاص بها.\nأهم النتائج\nتضمنت نصوص كتاب الآداب الشرعية لابن مفلح المقدسي عدد من المضامين التربوية الاجتماعية التي لا غنى عنها في حياة كل مسلم، حيث اهتمت بجميع جوانب حياة الإنسان الاجتماعية ومن أهمها:\n•\tالمضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المتعلقة بعلاقة الفرد المسلم بوالديه كبر الوالدين وطاعتهما والاستغفار لهما واستئذانهما في طلب العلم وصلة رحمهما.\n•\tالمضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المتعلقة بعلاقة الفرد المسلم بسائر المسلمين كموالاة المسلمين والنصح لهم وارشادهم وشكرهم عند صناعة المعروف وحسن جوارهم وآداب صحبتهم وزيارتهم.\n•\tالمضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المتعلقة بعلاقة الفرد المسلم بأقاربه ممثلة في صلة الرحم ومنافعها وعواقب قطعها.\n•\tالمضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان كحق الإنسان في التكريم والتعليم والتملك وحق الطريق والعدل والمواساة بين الناس.\n•\tالمضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المتعلقة بالآفات المهددة للمجتمع كآفة الزنا والربا والإسراف والتبذير والبخل والشح والترف وحب الشهرة والغلو والتكبر.\n•\tالمضامين التربوية الاجتماعية المتعلقة بعلاقة الفرد المسلم بالإمام كالسمع والطاعة والنصح لولي الأمر ووعظه والجهاد معه ومنهج أهل السنة في معاملة الحكام. The objective of the study: To identify the social educational contents derived from the book of legal literatures and grants given to Ibn Mufleh al-Maqdisi and its educational applications in the field of people's daily lives.\nStudy Approach:\nThe researcher relied on the descriptive deductive approach, where the contents of the social education are extracted through the texts of the book of Islamic literatures, and then included under its own aspect.\nMain results:\nThe texts of the book of legal literature of Ibn Mufleh al-Maqdisi included a number of social educational contents that are indispensable in the life of every Muslim, where it took care of all aspects of human social life.\nand the most important of them are:\n• Social educational contents related to the relationship of the Muslim individual with his parents and the elderly parents, their obedience and asking for forgiveness for them and their permission to seek knowledge and maintain their relations.\n• Social, educational contents related to the relationship of the Muslim individual with other Muslims, such as being loyal to Muslims, advising them of good, guiding them and thanking them when doing good deeds, being good neighbours, and etiquette with the companions and visiting them.\n• Social educational contents related to the relationship of a Muslim individual with his or her relatives are represented by maintaining the relations, benefits and consequences of cutting the relations.\n• Social, educational content related to human rights, such as the human right to honour, education, ownership, the right to the path, justice, and sympathy among people.\n• Social, educational content related to the scourges threatening society such as the scourge of adultery, riba (usury), extravagance, waste, stinginess, scarcity, luxury, love of fame, hyperbole, and arrogance.\n• Social educational contents related to the relationship of the Muslim individual with the imam, such as listening, and obeying the advice of the guardian, his preaching, jihad with him, and follow the approach of Ahl al-Sunnah (those who follow the ways of the prophet peace be upon him) in treating rulers.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
