| 520 | |d L’université, en plus des cours en présentiel intègre une plateforme de cours en ligne. Celle-ci met à disposition des outils de communication (forums, wikis, chat…) qui participent à la construction des savoirs qui se nouent autour des échanges entre apprenants. L’objet de cet article s’intéresse à définir le concept de dispositif pour analyser les pratiques de communication. Nous attribuons ses caractéristiques aux outils de communication tels que le forum de discussion dans le cadre de notre étude. Nous définissons les deux termes de médiation et médiatisation qui sont inhérents au dispositif. Nous considérons le dispositif comme un réseau de médiations de savoirs (Berten, 1999 : 42). L’objectif est de relever les problématiques qui ont été soulevées par ces concepts dans notre étude, et de préciser dans quel sens nous les avons acceptés et considérés. | ||

This provides communication tools (forums, wikis, chat, etc.) which participate in the construction of knowledge that is formed around exchanges among learners. The purpose of this article is to define the concept of a device for analyzing communication practices. We attribute its characteristics to communication tools such as the discussion forum within the framework of our study. We define the two terms of mediation and mediatization which are inherent in the device. We consider the device as a network of knowledge mediations (Berten, 1999: 42).
