| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على إمام المرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين وصحبه وبعد: الماء نعمة الله عز وجل للخلق أجمعين وآية من آيات الله في الكون والحياة وسر هذه الحياة الذي لا تقوم إلا به، فإن الله عز وجل خلق الإنسان وسخر له كل ما في الوجود وأنعم عليه بنعم كثيرة لا تحصى ومن تلك النعم نعمة الماء، ولأهمية الماء فإن الإنسان عليه أن يحافظ عليه، لأنه لا بقاء للإنسان ولا للبيئة كلها بدون الماء فالماء سر الحياة لقوله تعالى (وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ.كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ)، سورة الأنبياء: الآية ٣٠. كما تبرز أهمية الماء في أنه يغطي ٧١% من مساحة الأرض، إلا أن تقل حجم الموارد المائية وكميتها وانخفاض جودتها بسبب التلوث، ولذلك فإن الدول تشرع القوانين للحفاظ على الماء وصيانته من التلوث، لكن هذه القوانين غير كافية ولا بد من وجود الوازع الديني للحفاظ على الماء، وقد سبقت الشريعة الإسلامية القوانين الوضعية في الإشارة إلى أهمية الحفاظ على الماء. والحفاظ على الماء هو حفظ للدين والذي يتجسد في حفظ معانيه الثلاثة: الإسلام والإيمان والإحسان ولذلك كان الماء من أهم الأسباب لحفظ الدين، ويبدو ذلك واضحا في كونه سبباً لترسيخ الإيمان بالله تعالى والإيمان بالأنبياء عليهم السلام وتصديقهم، والماء سبب لإقامة العبادات فالغسل والوضوء عبادة في حد ذاتهما وهما عبادات تعتمد على الماء وهما كذلك فرض لتحقيق عبادات أخرى كالصلاة. لقد سخر الله تعالى الماء ليكون سبباً من أسباب الدفاع عن الدين ونصرة المؤمنين وإهلاك الكافرين فقد انطوت غزوة بدر على معجزات لتأييد المسلمين ونصرتهم فقد أمد الله المسلمين فيها بملائكة يقاتلون معهم، كما كان المطر من وسائل تثبيت المؤمنين، ونصرتهم. وهكذا فإن الماء كان سببا من أهم أسباب الحفاظ على الدين، بإقامة الأمور الضرورية كترسيخ الإيمان في نفوس المؤمنين، وتصديق الأنبياء عليهم الصلاة والسلام وإقامة العبادات، والدفاع عن الدين والتحلي بمكارم الأخلاق بالاغتسال في أماكن اجتماع المسلمين للعبادة. فإن الإسلام حافظ على النفس الإنسانية وكان الماء سبباً للحفاظ عليها فنهى الإسلام عن منع الماء عن المحتاجين إليه، كما أشار إلى أن الماء من الوسائل العلاجية للأمراض، وكذلك شرع بعض الآداب للحفاظ على النفس وذلك بتربية النفس على مكارم الأخلاق، كعدم الإسراف في الماء، وعدم تلويثه، والتزام آداب الشرب، وبذلك برزت أهمية الحفاظ على الماء كسبب من أسباب الحفاظ على النفس. وهكذا كان الماء سبباً مهماً في معرفة أن القرآن الكريم من عند الله تعالى من خلال الإعجاز العلمي فيه. فالشريعة الإسلامية بجميع أحكامها تسعى إلى تحقيق مصالح الإنسان، وتهدف إلى إسعاد الفرد والجماعة، وقصة الماء في الأرض ودوره في حياة الناس وتوقف الحياة عليه في كل صورها وأشكالها كل هذا أمر لا يقبل الشك فتكفي الإشارة إليه والتذكير به في معرض الدعوة إلى عبادة الخالق الرزاق الوهّاب. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Imam of the messengers, our master Muhammad, and on his good and pure family Water is the grace of God Almighty for the creation of all and a verse of God in the universe and life and the secret of this life, which is not only by him, God Almighty created man and ridiculed him everything in existence and blessed him with many blessings There are countless of these blessings and the grace of water, and the importance of water, man has to keep it, because there is no survival of humans and the environment without water, water is the secret of life لقوله تعالى: (وجعلنا من الماء كل شيء حي أفلا يؤمنون)، سورة الأنبياء: الآية 30. The importance of water is that it covers 71% of the land area, but the volume, quantity and quality of water resources decrease due to pollution. Therefore, countries legislate to preserve and maintain water from pollution, but these laws are insufficient. Water, Islamic law has preceded the laws of the status of reference to the importance of water conservation And the preservation of water is the preservation of religion, which is embodied in the preservation of the three meanings: Islam and faith and charity and therefore water was one of the most important reasons for the preservation of religion, and it seems clear in that it is a reason to establish faith in God Almighty and faith in the prophets and peace be upon them, and water is a reason for the establishment of worship and washing and ablutions They are self-limiting, water-based worshipers, and they are also imposed for other worship, such as prayer God has harnessed the water to be a reason to defend the religion and support the believers and the destruction of the unbelievers has included the Battle of Badr miracles to support the Muslims And their victory, God has provided Muslims with angels fighting with them, as was the rain of the means to install the believers, and victory Thus, water was one of the most important reasons for preserving religion, by establishing the necessary things such as instilling faith in the souls of believers, and the confirmation of the prophets, peace be upon them and the establishment of worship, and the defense of religion and ethics by washing Places of meeting Muslims for worship. Islam has maintained the human soul and the water was a reason to preserve it. Islam forbade water from those who need it. He also pointed out that water is a means of healing diseases, as well as some of the etiquette of self-preservation, by raising the soul against morality, Pollution, and the commitment to drinking etiquette, thus highlighting the importance of water conservation as a cause of self-preservation Thus water was an important reason to know that the Holy Quran from God through scientific miracles The Islamic Sharia, in all its provisions, seeks to achieve the interests of man and aims at the happiness of the individual and the community, the story of the water in the earth and its role in the lives of people and the cessation of life in all its forms and forms. All this is unquestionable enough to mention and remind him in the call to worship the Creator . |
