| المستخلص: | Nous cherchons à révéler les Facteurs culturels qui expliquent le recours des patients à la thérapie populaire, à travers une étude de terrain sur un échantillon de 186 patients de la région de Tlemcen a eu recours à la thérapie populaire. Les résultats ont montré que le patrimoine culturel et religieux et la croyance en l'efficacité de ces thérapies ont une grande importance dans la poursuite de ce type de thérapie pour la performance de sa fonction thérapeutique dans l’Algérie. من خلال هذه الدراسة، نسعى إلى تسليط الضوء على جانب مهم من تراثنا العلاجي الشعبي وذلك من خلال الكشف عن العوامل الثقافية التي تفسر لجوء المرضى إلى العلاج الشعبي للمداواة، الأمر الذي يتم طرحه وربطه بالواقع المعاش من خلال دراسة ميدانية حول عينة تمثلت في 186 مريض بمنطقة تلمسان لجؤوا إلى العلاج الشعبي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للتراث الثقافي والديني أهمية كبيرة في استمرار العلاج الشعبي على أداء وظيفته العلاجية في الجزائر، كما أن الاعتقاد بفعالية أساليب العلاج الشعبي ونجاعتها هو السبب الآخر في توجه المرضى إليه. Through this study, we seek revealed cultural factors that explain orientation of patients to the popular therapy, through a field study on a sample of 186 patients in Tlemcen region resorted to popular therapy. The results showed that cultural and religious heritage and the belief in the effectiveness of popular therapy is of great importance in the continuation of popular therapy for the performance of its therapeutic function in Algeria. |
