| المستخلص: | يسعى البحث الحالي لمحاولة التعرف على مدى إمكانية تطبيق أفكار كروسبي (Philip Grosby) للارتقاء بالجودة في المنظمات العراقية من خلال دراسة استطلاعية لآراء المدراء في شركتي التأميم وكركوك للمشروبات الغازية لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من جودة المنتوج لاستمرارية الشركتين أعلاه بالعمل. اعتمد الباحثة في الحصول على المعلومات الخاصة بالجانب النظري بشكل أساسي على المصادر المتوفرة في جامعة المستنصرية وشبكة المعلومات (الإنترنيت). أما الإطار الميداني فقد تم الاعتماد على أسلوب جمع المعلومات بوساطة استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض ووزعت على مجتمع البحث مع مقابلة مسؤولي الشركتين أعلاه كأدوات لجمع البيانات ومراجعة تقارير الإنتاج اليومية والشهرية والمخططات والتقارير التصميمية المتوفرة لتشغيل وحدات وخطوات الإنتاج وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة استنتاجات: 1. الأجواء غير جيدة كونه تقع في المنطقة الصناعية. 2. بأن مبدأ التحسين المستمر أكثر من المبادئ فاعلية بين المبادئ الثلاث (التحسين المستمر، مشاركة العاملين، رضا الزبون). فوصلت الباحثة جملة من المقترحات تنسجم مع تلك الاستنتاجات منها استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لربط العلاقات بين مدير الشركة مع أقسامه الفرعية باستخدام شبكة معلومات داخلية (الانترانيت) واستخدام شبكة معلومات خارجية (الإكسترانيت) لربط الشركتين مع بعضهما واستخدام شبكة معلومات عالمية (الإنترنيت) لربط الشركات المتماثلة معا. A Research carried out ability of Philip Grosby ideas application for advance quality in Iraqi organizations to applied in AL-Tammeem and Kirkuk company drinks gases to prove alarge as much as possible of advance about to continuous the two companies product to work. The researcher depending on to Taking up special information in a theoretical site mainly using available references method for researchers. Al- Mustansriya University and internet in other side the field frame it done according on the way of collection information by questionnaire designed for this purpose and distributed on the society research with interview responsible of the two company above as a tools to collect the datas and repetition the day and monthly production reports and sketens also available reports design to work units and the production steps. The research reaching to amore results are: 1- Unsuitable situations in spite of sited in the industrial region. 2- Appeared that principle of the continues improvement more rules activities between three rules (continues improvement, workers participation, customer satisfied). The most important points that the researcher suggest to recommend are employment the modern techniques as the relations connect between the company manager with departments branches by employment intranet and employment Extranet outer network information to connect the two company together and world network information to connect the Similar companies together. |
