| المستخلص: | The research aims to assess the quality of performance known as the College of Education at the University of Damascus in light of the application of the US National Council of Accreditation Standards for teacher education NCATE (NCATE) from the viewpoint of faculty members. And know the differences between the responses of faculty members on the standards scale NCATE according to variables: (educational qualification, years of experience, academic rank). Search and adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and applied research on a sample of the author (80) faculty member. NCATE was used standards prepared by the US National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Preparation scale. Among the most important findings of the research that: 1. The application of standards NCATE in the College of Education, from the viewpoint of faculty members was a moderate level. 2. There are significant differences between the average scores Answers faculty members on the standards NCATE attributed to the educational qualification variable scale. 3. There are significant differences between the average scores Answers faculty members on the standards NCATE attributed to years of experience scale. 4. There are significant differences between the average scores Answers faculty members on the standards NCATE attributed to the academic rank variable scale. scores Answers faculty standards (NCATE) scale due to the variable rank academic. The research found a number of recommendations and proposals, including: training sessions to provide for faculty detailed specific criteria, for example: self-Calendar, diversity, and so. The involvement of all members of the university with the relationship in the attempt to apply the standards of the (NCATE). هدف البحث إلى تعرف تقييم جودة أداء كلية التربية بجامعة دمشق في ضوء تطبيق معايير المجلس الوطني الأمريكي لاعتماد تعليم المعلمين إنكيت (NCATE) من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. وتعرف الفروق بين إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على مقياس معايير إنكيت وفق متغيرات: (المؤهل التربوي، سنوات الخبرة، الرتبة الأكاديمية). واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبق البحث على عينة مؤلفة من (80) عضو هيئة تدريسية. وتم استخدام مقياس معايير إنكيت الذي أعده المجلس القومي الأمريكي لاعتماد إعداد المعلمين. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن: • إن مستوى تطبيق معايير إنكيت في كلية التربية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كان متوسطاً. • وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على مقياس معايير إنكيت تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل التربوي. • وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على مقياس معايير إنكيت تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة. • وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على مقياس معايير إنكيت تعزى إلى متغير الرتبة الأكاديمية. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، ومن أهمها: تقديم دورات تدريبية مفصلة لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية خاصة بكل معيار، مثلاً التقويم الذاتي، التنوع، وهكذا، وإشراك جميع أفراد الجامعة ذوي العلاقة في محاولة تطبيق معايير منظمة إنكيت (NCATE) . |
