| المستخلص: | This article aims to present the current status of sworn translator in Spain, Italy, Portugal, France and Tunisia, with special emphasis on the existing certification in those countries. Thus, the main purpose of this paper is to show the legislation about how to enable sworn translators in these countries as well as provide information to all those people interested in obtaining this certification. L’article vise à mettre en évidence la situation actuelle du traducteur assermenté en Espagne, en Italie, au Portugal, en France et en Tunisie, en insistant particulièrement sur le certificat existant dans ces pays. L'objectif principal est de rendre manifeste la loi sur l'habilitation de traducteurs assermentés dans ces pays ainsi que de fournir des informations à ceux qui s'intéressent à l'obtention de cette qualification dans pays avant mentionné. |
