| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة تحليل وتعريف واقع برامج ضمان الجودة والأفكار الرئيسة، في تصميم أعمال جامعة دهوك. يكون مجتمع الدراسة من الإداريين والأكاديميين العاملين في جامعة دهوك، يقدر عدد أفراد العينة بحوالي (70) فردا. وزعت الاستمارات عليهم، وتبين أن عدد الاستمارات المستردة والصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي كان (28) استمارة، وجرى تحليلها باستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية المناسبة. إذ استخدم الباحث أسلوب الاستبانة في جمع بيانات من المصادر الأولية للدراسة. تم تحليل واقع ضمان الجودة من خلال مناقشة برامج الجودة المطبقة في جامعة دهوك وتحديد أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه تطور مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي العالي، وتوصل الباحث إلى توصيات يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير مخرجات مؤسسات التعليم في جامعة دهوك، من خلال وضع خطة استراتيجية طويلة المدى للتعليم الجامعي، والسير بشكل مبرمج لتحقيق الأهداف المستقبلية. على جامعة دهوك أن تستمر بتخطيط جيد لنظام مدخلاتها، وتفعيل مراكز الدراسات والبحوث العلمية من أجل مساندة برامج ضمان الجودة المطبقة ولخدمة ترشيد القرار الجامعي. The study dealt with the analysis and definition of the reality of the main ideas and quality assurance programs in the design work of the University of Dohuk. The study population consisted of administrative staff at the University of Dohuk and academics, the number of population sample is estimated about 70 individuals. Distributed questionnaires to them, and show that the number of formals and recoveries are valid for statistical analysis was (28) form, and analyzed using appropriate statistical tools. Where researchers used the questionnaire method to collect data from the primary sources for the study. The reality of quality assurance analysis by discussing quality applicable programs at the University of Dohuk and identify the most important difficulties facing the development of higher university education institutions outputs, and the researcher to recommendations that could contribute to the development of education institutions outputs in Dohuk University, through the development of a long-term strategic plan for university education, bots are programmed to achieve future goals. The University of Dohuk to continue planning for a good system inputs, and activation of scientific studies and research centers in order to support quality assurance programs currently in place to serve the rationalization of university decision. |
