| 520 | |b Progress in any field can only be learned through measurement. Therefore, standards are the most important means of assessment and diagnosis of weaknesses and strengths in the measured subject, including the organization of tournaments. The significance of research in the need to notify the players and those interested in swimming sport that there must be a measure to give a numerical value to evaluate the organization of the competitions organized by the Central Union or sub-through the Committee competitions in the Union to be a number of this evidence of the development in the field of organizing competitions and therefore is an assessment of the organizers' efforts. The research problem lies in the organizers 'question about the swimming competition is the value of the success of the organizers' efforts and the success of the tournament at the organizational level. The answer to this question is often through subjective estimates. There is no measure of this organizational situation that gives the objective number of the level of organization. Therefore, the researchers sought to solve this problem using the descriptive method. The sample of the research was (22) competitions and the scientific bases of the measure were collected. (validity, consistency, objectivity, discriminating ability and degree of difficulty). The research concludes with the following recommendation that this measure should be used to indicate the degree of evaluation for the organization of any swimming tournament. | ||
| 520 | |a إن التقدم في أي مجال لا يمكن معرفته إلا من خلال القياس لذلك تعد المقاييس من أهم وسائل التقييم والتشخيص لمواطن الضعف والقوة في الموضوع المقاس ومنها تنظيم البطولات. تتضح أهمية البحث في ضرورة إشعار القائمين والمهتمين برياضة السباحة بأنه لابد من وجود مقياس يعمل على إعطاء قيمه موضوعية رقمية لتقييم تنظيم البطولات التي ينظمها الاتحاد المركزي أو الفرعي من خلال لجنة المسابقات الموجودة في الاتحاد ليكون هذا الرقم دليلا على مدى التطور الحاصل في مجال تنظيم البطولات وبالتالي يعد تقيما لجهود المنظمين. وتكمن مشكلة البحث في سؤال المنظمين لبطولة السباحة عن قيمة النجاح الجهد المبذول من قبل المنظمين لهذه البطولة، وعن قيمة النجاح الذي حققته البطولة على مستوى التنظيم. فكثيرا ما تكون الإجابة على هذا التساؤل من خلال التقديرات الذاتية، ولعدم وجود مقياس لهذه الحالة التنظيمية التي تعطي الرقم الموضوعي لمستوى التنظيم لذا سعى الباحثون في حل هذه المشكلة حيث استخدموا المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق البحث على لجان تنظيم بطولات السباحة من خلال استخدام بيانات مجموعة من البطولات مثلت عينة البحث وهي (22) بطولة وتم تحصيل الأسس العلمية للمقياس (الصدق والثبات والموضوعية والقدرة التمييزية ودرجة الصعوبة) وبهذا خلص البحث بالتوصية التالية بضرورة استخدام هذا المقياس لبيان درجة التقييم لتنظيم أي بطولة سباحة. | ||
