| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف درجة أهمية الاحتياجات البشرية والمادية لتحسين جودة التدريس في المدارس الثانوية في تربية محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المديرين، واعتمد المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث الذي يتكون من (83) مديرا ومديرة، واختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبنسبة (74%) من مجتمع البحث إذ بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (60) مديرا ومديرة في المدارس الثانوية الموجودة في تربية محافظة جرش. وتم تطوير استبانة تضمنت (35) فقرة. تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وأظهرت النتائج: الأهمية القصوى لتوفير معلمين مختصين، وتفعيل نظام الدوام المدرسي للطلبة حتى الانتهاء من المقررات الدراسية، ووضع قوانين صارمة لمنع الغش وتوفير المدرسين والكتب والمستلزمات مع بدء العام الدراسي وتحسين الواقع المعاشي للمعلمين. وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات أبرزها: وضع سلم بالأولويات لهذه الاحتياجات بحسب أهميتها والإسراع في تشريع القوانين ذات العلاقة بترصين الامتحانات وتخصيص مكافأت لمن يتميز بنتائجه من المعلمين والمديرين والمدارس. The study aimed to identify the degree of importance of human and material needs to improve the quality of teaching in secondary schools in the education of Jerash from the perspective of managers، and adopted the approach descriptive survey was to identify the research community، which consists of (83) principals، and selected sample randomly Statistics and by (74 %) of the research community as the number of respondents (60) principals in secondary schools in the breeding Jerash. It was the development of a questionnaire included (35) paragraph. Been confirmed validity and reliability and the results showed: the importance maximum to provide teachers specialists، and activation of school for students system until the completion of the courses، and the development of strict laws to prevent fraud and to provide teachers and books and supplies with the start of the school year and actually improve the living standards of teachers.
