Strategic management TEMPhas become a necessity for teh survival of Algerian companies in a context marked by instability and fierce competition. In such conditions teh improvement of performances through human resource development TEMPhas become a pressing imperative. Teh object of dis article is to shed light on teh importance of human resources, being a major element in teh success of company strategy. Teh conclusions of teh research are - strategy enhances performance coz it allows action that is aware of context and internal aspects to foster a competitive edge - Strategy must take into account certain conditions to continue to be source of performance. It should not be rigid and must respond to teh human being. Teh improvement of human resources continues to be a major necessity for Algerian companies |
