| المستخلص: | In light of the developments taking place today in the global economy, the depth and speed of this development in the field of information technology and the huge volume of digital information that exists, the world has entered the age of the information society, which has given great importance to the latter as a strategic and reliable resource for decision-making. The importance of information systems has increased, and the process of collecting information and knowledge is carried out in practical and objective ways and specifications to ensure that firm (sound) decisions are made. These decisions depend on how rational they are. Perhaps the most crucial information systems that allow supporting these decisions is business intelligence that maximizes the value of information and helps in making decisions and rationalizing them.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. L’économie d’aujourd’hui est une économie mondiale qui se développe à une vitesse accrue vers l’économie de l’information et de la connaissance en raison de l’explosion massive des technologies de l’information et de communication (TIC). L’information est ainsi une ressource stratégique à collecter, gérer, exploiter mais aussi à capitaliser, en d’autres termes l’information doit être valorisée pour la prise de bonnes décisions. Dés lors le déploiement d’outils technologiques pour assister le processus de prise de décision devient une priorité .La business intelligence ou informatique décisionnelle-qui est l’objet de cet article- offre aux décideurs un énorme potentiel de valorisation des informations requises. في ظل التطورات التي يشهدها الاقتصاد العالمي اليوم، ونتيجة لعمق هذا التطور وسرعته في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأمام الحجم الهائل للمعلومات الرقمية المتواجدة، دخل العالم عصر مجتمع المعلومات الذي أعطى أهمية بالغة لهذه الأخيرة باعتبارها موردا استراتيجيا يعتمد عليه في اتخاذ القرارات، كما ازدادت فيه أهمية نظم المعلومات، وأصبحت عملية جمع المعلومات والمعرفة، تتم بطرق ومواصفات عملية وموضوعية بهدف ضمان اتخاذ قرارات صائبة (سليمة)، هذه القرارات يتوقف نجاحها على مدى رشادتها، ولعل أهم نظم المعلومات التي تسمح بدعم هذه القرارات هو ذكاء الأعمال الذي يعمل على تعظيم قيمة المعلومات ومنه المساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات وترشيدها. |
