| المستخلص: | The use of structural equation models in management sciences, especially strategic management, in particular, is a promising methodological and practical focus and a creative approach to the development of theory. This is through a range of advanced techniques and methods. Therefore, this article focuses mainly on explaining the benefits of second-generation methods in achieving causal measurements and models, and in identifying theoretical constants as well as simultaneously studied relationships.\nAfter providing an overview of the rules and procedures that are contributing to the realization of the structural equation model, we will try to explain the application of these methods in the field of management, to find out how to design, guide, and correct strategies and objectives based on information management. So, we studied a sample of 53 small and medium enterprises that formed the focus of the distribution of a questionnaire, 46 of which were valid for analysis.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. Le recours aux modèles des équations structurelles en sciences de gestion et plus particulièrement en management stratégique, représente un axe méthodologique et empirique prometteur, et une orientation innovante en matière de développement de la théorie, grâce à un ensemble de démarches et de techniques avancées. Par conséquent, le présent article s’attache essentiellement à expliciter l’utilité et l’intérêt portés à ces méthodes de deuxième génération dans la validation des mesures et des modèles de causalité, et dans la spécification des construits théoriques ainsi que les relations étudiées simultanément.\nAprès avoir présenté un aperçu des règles et procédures pour atteindre le modèle d'équation structurelle, nous essayerons d'expliquer l'application de ces méthodes dans le domaine du management à savoir le processus permettant d’élaborer, de piloter et de corriger les stratégies et les objectifs basé sur la gestion informationnelle.\nPour cela, on a étudié un échantillon de 53 entreprises qui ont fait l’objet de distribution d’un questionnaire et 46 d’entre eux étaient aptes à être analysés.\n يعد استخدام نماذج المعادلات البنائية في علوم التسيير، وخصوصا الإدارة الاستراتيجية بشكل خاص، محورا منهجيا وعمليا واعدا وتوجها إبداعيا لتطوير النظرية، وهذا من خلال مجموعة من الأساليب والتقنيات المتقدمة. لذلك، يركز هذا المقال أساسا على شرح فوائد أساليب الجيل الثاني في تحقق قياسات ونماذج السببية، وفي تحديد الثوابت النظرية وكذا العلاقات المدروسة بشكل متزامن.\nبعد تقديم لمحة عامة عن القواعد والإجراءات المساهمة في تحقيق نموذج المعادلة البنائية، سوف نحاول شرح تطبيق هذه الأساليب في مجال الإدارة، لمعرفة الطريقة التي تسمح بتصميم وتوجيه وتصحيح الاستراتيجيات والأهداف المعتمدة على إدارة المعلومة. لهذا، درسنا عينة مكونة من 53 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة والتي شكلت محور توزيع استبيان حيث كانت 46 منها صالحة للتحليل.\n |
