| المستخلص: | The concept of time in the modern novel became completely different from the conception which was in the traditional novel. The old conception meant only meaning of the past but now it has been changed because it became so complicated that it contains different dimensions such as perception and reading after subjecting it to levels of parallelism that made a difference between the time of adventure and that of a storey, this parallelism made the time a fertile topic to be studied and researched in a highly accurate specialization. Then, the narrative time, without dispute, stands for a fundamental dimension of any narrative process simply because it includes an attribute that has multiple forms make it difficult to perceive the dimensions of the novel without tracing time. All these are based on the idea that the precise role of narration is represented through convenience and customization. Thus, through the time, it can be determined the course of the narrative functions through which tracing paths to reach the internal and external affection of the novel. طرأ تغير كبير على مفهوم الزمن في الرواية الجديدة عنه في الرواية التقليدية، فإن الزمن في الرواية التقليدية (القديمة) يعني الماضي فحسب، أما في الرواية الجديدة فقد أصبح يتناول أبعاداً مختلفة وبات يشمل التلقي أو القراءة، وبعد إخضاعه إلى مستويات التماهي التي بدورها قد أحدثت بوناً بين زمن المغامرة أو القصة المحكية، وزمن الكتابة أو السرد، وزمن القراءة، ليتحول الزمن إلى موضوع خصب لدراسات وأبحاث غاية في التخصص والدقة، ليتحول الزمن الروائي – من دون منازع – بعداً أساسياً لأية عملية سردية داخل الرواية كونه يتضمن صفة متعددة الأشكال ويجعل من الصعوبة الإلمام بالأبعاد الروائية من دون تتبعه، وكما هو معروف فإن دور السرد بصورة دقيقة يكمن في السماح بالملائمة والتخصيص، بذلك يكون الزمن قد تم من خلاله تحديد مسار الوظائف السردية التي يتم عن طريقها تقفي سبل الوصول إلى ظواهر وأعماق مكنونات الرواية على حد سواء. |
