| المستخلص: | إن التحولات السريعة التي عرفتها الجريمة المنظمة على الصعيد الإقليمي والدولي، أصبح من الضروري اللجوء إلى أساليب حديثة تتماشى مع تطورات النظام الإجرامي المعروفة حاليا، حيث وبتعديل المشرع الجزائري لقانون الإجراءات الجزائرية لمسنا نوعا من الحداثة من خلال طابع التحري والكشف عن الجريمة المنظمة والتي قد تكون عبارة للحدود الإقليمية أو الوطنية فاتسمت هذه الأساليب بالفاعلية والقدرة على التقصي وكشف المستور.\nوالغاية من هذه الدراسة هو إظهار قيمة الأساليب المستحدثة التي جاء بها المشرع الجزائري قصد تسليط الضوء على أهم الإجراءات المعمول بها، ومدى نجاعتها في مواجهة الجرائم الخطيرة والحد منها وكذا الإشارة إلى النصوص القانونية التي نصت عليها وتحليلها وشرحها.\n Les changements rapides expérimentés dans le crime organisé au niveau régional et international sont devenus nécessaires et recourir aux méthodes modernes conformément aux développements dans le système criminel actuellement connu ou la législature algérienne et modifier le code de procédure criminelle nous avons senti une sorte de modernité de la nature d’enquête et la détection de crime et cela peut être transfrontalière régionale ou national a été caractérisé par un manque de méthodes effectives et la capacité de détecter et révéler le caché.\nEt la fin de l’étude doit démontrer la valeur des méthodes développées législature algérienne pour éclair les procédures existantes les plus importantes et tel et la référence aux textes légaux . The rapid transformation of organized crime at the regional and international levels has made it necessary to resort to modern methods consistent with the current developments of the criminal system. With the amendment of the Algerian Code of Procedure, the Algerian legislature has seen a sense of modernity through the nature of investigation and detection of organized crime, which may within the regional or national boundaries.
