| المستخلص: | يعد صلح الحديبية من أهم الأحداث السياسية المفصلية التي جرت في حياة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، لذا أراد الباحث من خلال هذا الحدث الوصول إلى الفلسفة السياسة النبوية ومنطقها التشريعي، والموازين التي كان عليه الصلاة والسلام يزن بها الشأن السياسي، وبيان دور الوحي في ذلك كله، وقد قسم الباحث البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث، خصص الأول منها للحديث عن الوحي والاجتهاد في صلح الحديبية، والثاني للحديث عن المرحلة السياسية التي وقع فيها صلح الحديبية، أما الثالث فجعله للحديث عن الضوابط المستنبطة من هذا الصلح، ثم كانت خاتمة البحث وتوصياته . The Treaty of Hudaibiyah is considered one of the most important political events that took place in the life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Accordingly, the researcher used this great event as an access to the philosophy of the prophet in politics and his legislative logic, and the methods the prophet used to weigh political affairs. Moreover, the researcher also aimed to show the role of revelation in this matter. Thus, the researcher divided the paper into three sections. The first section is allocated to discuss revelation and diligence in the Treaty of Hudaibiyah. The second one is allocated to explore the political phase and context in which Treaty of Hudaibiyah occurred, and the third phase is allocated to discuss some regulations that derived from this Solh (Treaty, Truce). The researcher ends the paper with conclusions and recommendations. |
