| المستخلص: | This article deals with the phenomenon of excess structural liquidity in the Algerian banking system in light of the financing deficit witnessed by the national economy. The current economic situation, which is distinguished by the abundance of bank resources on the one hand, and the continuation of the financing problem, on the other hand, show that the banking mediation mechanism, as well as the negative behavior of banks, have become a real curb on the economic cycle, and are developing the paradoxical situation in the Algerian economy.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 يتناول هذا المقال ظاهرة فائض السيولة الهيكلي في الجهاز البنكي الجزائري، في ظل عجز التمويل الذي يشهده الاقتصاد الوطني. حيث تظهر الوضعية الاقتصادية الراهنة والمتميزة بوفرة الموارد البنكية من ناحية، واستمرار مشكل التمويل من ناحية أخرى، أن ميكانيزم الوساطة البنكية وكذا السلوك السلبي للبنوك، أصبحا يشكلان كبحا حقيقيا للحلقة الاقتصادية، وينميان الوضع التناقضي الذي يشهده الاقتصاد الجزائري. Cet article met l’accent sur le phénomène d’excès de liquidité structurel du système bancaire algérien dans un contexte de sous-financement de l’économie nationale. \nEn outre, la conjoncture particularisée actuellement par la disponibilité des ressources bancaires, d’une part et la persistance de la problématique de financement d’autre part, montre quelle mécanisme d’intermédiation ainsi, le comportement négatif des banques en Algérie empêchent le circuit économique et accroissent le paradoxe que connait l’économie algérienne\n |
