| المستخلص: | This paper focuses on studying the reality of higher education in Algeria from 1990 to 2015. As is known, higher education in Algeria has witnessed developments that have led to tangible results, especially in quantitative terms, such as the increase in the number of students, structures and professors, as well as the diversity of disciplines and branches.
