| المستخلص: | The Arab media played a historic role in supporting and realizing the changing demands demanded by the Arab masses in the Tunisian and Egyptian revolutions in 2011 In what is known politically and in the media as the “Arab Spring”. This study came in response to the great escalation practised by both Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya channels to the events of the Tunisian and Egyptian revolutions. The problem of the study was identified in answering a key question:\nWhat role did the two satellite television channels Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya play in the midst of the Tunisian and Egyptian revolutions in 2011? And how did each channel spread this popular movement (on or with) the movement of change in the two countries from the point of view of a sample of the Algerian elite?\nThis study is considered one of the analytical descriptive studies that used the sample survey method. The form was the main tool for collecting data from the researchers who numbered 152 individuals from the Algerian elite, including university professors, journalists, administrators and graduate students. This sample is considered to be in a position of strength to analyze what the two channels under study, Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya, whose choice was not arbitrary, but because of the constant controversy that they raise in each Arab issue because they are two competing channels on the one hand and enjoy freedom of expression which the Arab viewer is not used to. Since their appearance on the media scene, Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya have been more than just two traditional television channels, thanks to their unwavering engagement in Arab politics, such that they succeeded in creating a new platform for political freedom,\nThrough this paper, emphasis will be placed on the concept of the Tunisian and Egyptian revolutions, mentioning some of the reasons for their eruption, and the position of the Arab media in general, and Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya channels as the largest competing platforms on the scene that have contributed to the continuous coverage of these events, But according to different directions and specific agendas, the background to the coverage that was either with or against the revolution by adopting methods of incitement, support or intimidation of public opinion.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Les medias arabes ont joué un rôle historique dans le soutien et la réalisation des exigences de changement réclamées par les masses populaires arabes pendant les deux révolutions tunisienne et égyptienne, ce qui est connu politiquement et médiatiquement sous le nom de l’ère du : « printemps arabe », et cette étude est venue en réponse à la grande escalade pratiquée par Al Jazeera et Al Arabiya sur les événements arabes des révolutions tunisienne et égyptienne. A partir de là, la problématique de l’étude est déterminée en essayant de répondre à cette question majeure : Quel est le rôle joué par les deux chaînes de télévision satellitaires Al Jazeera et Al Arabiya pendant les révolutions tunisienne et égyptienne en 2011 ? Comment chaque chaîne a-t-elle géré ce mouvement de changement populaire (pour ou contre) dans les deux pays et ce, du point de vue d’un échantillon de l’élite algérienne ? لعب الإعلام العربي دورا تاريخيا في دعم وتحقيق المطالب التغييرية التي طالبت بها الجماهير العربية في الثورتين التونسية والمصرية سنة 2011، بما يعرف سياسيا وإعلاميا بعهد: "الربيع العربي"، ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة استجابة للتصعيد الكبير الذي مارسته كل من قناتي الجزيرة والعربية لأحداث الثورتين التونسية والمصرية ومنه تحددت مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على تساؤل رئيسي هو:\nما هو الدور الذي لعبته القناتان الفضائيتان التلفزيونيتان الجزيرة والعربية في خضم في الثورتين التونسية والمصرية سنة 2011؟ وكيف سيرت كل قناة هذا الحراك الشعبي (على او مع) حركة التغيير في البلدين من وجهة نظر عينة من النخبة الجزائرية؟\nوتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية التي استخدمت منهج المسح بالعينة فكانت الاستمارة الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين الذين بلغ عددهم 152 مفردة من النخبة الجزائرية من أساتذة جامعيين وصحفيين وإداريين وطلبة الدراسات العليا.\n هذه العينة تعتبر في موقع قوة لتحليل ما قدمته قناتي الدراسة الجزيرة والعربية اللتان لم يكن اختيارهما اعتباطيا وإنما بسبب الجدل الدائم الذي تثيرانه في كل قضية عربية لكونهما قناتين متنافستين من جهة وتتمتعان بحرية تعبير لم يعتدها المشاهد العربي. فكانت قناتي الجزيرة والعربية منذ ظهورهما على الساحة الإعلامية أكثر من مجرد قناتين تلفزيونيتين تقليديتين، فبفضل إقدامهما بلا تردد على الخوض في السياسة العربية، بحيث نجحتا في خلق منبر جديد للحرية السياسية، ومن خلال هذه الورقة سيتم التركيز على مفهوم الثورتين التونسية والمصرية وذكر بعض أسباب اندلاعهما ومكانة الإعلام العربي عامة وقناتي الجزيرة والعربية كأكبر منبرين متنافسين على الساحة، ساهمتا في التغطية المستمرة لهذه الأحداث ولكن وفق توجهات مختلفة وأجندات معينة، على خليفة التغطية التي كانت إما مع أو ضد الثورة باعتماد أساليب تهييج، تحريض أو تخويف الرأي العام. |
