| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث الإعجاز البياني في آية الصدقات (60) من سورة التوبة وما ينطوي عليه من دلالات وقيم؛ مؤكدا حقيقة أن إعجاز القرآن يعني أنه فوق الطاقة البشرية من حيث قصورها عن درك نهاية حقائقه، والإحاطة بمنتهى غاياته ومقاصده؛ وذلك من خلال نظمه المتدفق بالمعاني والأحكام والحكم التي تنتظم المسؤولية الفردية والاجتماعية وتبعاتها المالية؛ تحقيقا للمصالح الفردية والجماعية، الخاصة والعامة، التي تسهم في استمرار تماسك البناء النفسي والمادي والروحي لأفراد المجتمع ضمن منظومة من التدابير الاحترازية والقيم التي تحفظ ديمومته وتوازنه وفاعليته تحقيقا للمجتمع النموذج المتمثل في قوله تعالى: ﴿كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ﴾ (آل عمران:110). This research deals with the rhetorical miracles of the verse of charities (60) of Surah Al-Tawbah and its implications and values, emphasizing the fact that the miracle of the Quran means that it is above human power in terms of its limitations on understanding the end of its truths and comprehending its ultimate goals and objectives, through its system that is flowing with meanings, rules and wisdoms that organizes individual and collective responsibilities and its financial consequences in order to achieve individual and collective interests, both private and public, that contribute to the continued cohesion of the psychological, physical and spiritual building of the members of society within a system of precautionary measures and values that preserve its permanence, balance and effectiveness for the sake of the model society.
