It is certain that the investment have the effectiveness of access to the infrastructure development as well as access to economic growth, and it is necessary to stimulate all kinds of investment, general government investment and private investment. All of this makes us look for solutions to the mentioned problems, by having benefit from the experiences of countries that have preceded us in this field, and to compare their conditions with the conditions in Iraq and to try to catch these experiments to achieve the growth in the infrastructure and the economic development, This is what we will try to understand through this study. | ||
