| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى استخدام كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد لعمليات إدارة المعرفة والتي تتضمن: توليد المعرفة، وخزن المعرفة، وتوزيع المعرفة، وتطبيق المعرفة وأثرها في الأداء المنظمي، اتخذت الدراسة من تدريسي كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد في جامعة القادسية عينة لها، إذ تم توزيع استمارة استبيان بواقع (60) استبانة وكان عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (50) والاستبانات غير المسترجعة (10) أي نسبة استرجاع تبلغت 83% وجرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة (الأوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعامل الارتباط (Person) والانحدار (Regression) ومعامل التحديد (R2). وبعد تحليل النتائج، أتضح وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة والأداء المنظمي. وخرجت الدراسة بجملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها، أن عمليات ادارة المعرفة أصبحت اليوم ضرورية لكل منظمات المعرفة، وذلك بسبب التطورات السريعة في مجال التقنيات الحديثة، فلولا المعرفة والتكنولوجيا المتطورة لا يمكن لأي منظمة ان تستمر وتبقى. كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها، ضرورة استحداث وسائل تكنولوجية متطورة لتخزين المعرفة وتبوبيها بطريقة تسهل الوصول اليها والاستفادة منها عند الحاجة. The Current research aims to determine the extent of using the faculty of administration and economy to the knowledge management processes, which is includes: knowledge generation, storage of knowledge, knowledge of distribution, application of knowledge and its impact on organizational performance, the study was taken from teaching staff in Economics & Business Management Teaching staff viewpoints/ university of Al-Qadisiyah as sample, a questionnaire was distributed by (60) questions. The number of valid questionnaires for analysis (50) and questionnaires is recovered (10) Any recovery ratio had been notified of 83% and the data was analyzed by using appropriate statistical methods (circles, standard deviations and correlation coefficient (Person) and Regression (Regression) and the coefficient of determination (R2). After analyzing the results, it turns out that there is a correlation between the impact of knowledge management processes and organizational performance, and the study came out of some conclusions ,the most important one is that knowledge management process today is so necessary for each of organizations knowledge, due to the rapid developments in the field of modern technology, if not cutting-edge technology and knowledge cannot be for nay organization to continue and remain, It also presented a set of recommendations the most important one is the need to develop a sophisticated technological means to store knowledge and tabulating a way that facilitates access and use them when needed. |
