| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث التعرف إلى درجة الذكاء الثقافي والذكاء الأخلاقي وقيم التسامح لدى طالبات كلية التربيةٌ البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات فضلا عن إ يجاد الفروق في الذكاء الثقافي والذكاء الأخلاقي وقيم التسامح لدى طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة تبعا لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية (لمرحلة الرابعة – المرحلة الأولى)، فضلا عن التعرف على العلاقة بينهما. استخدم المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته لطبيعة المشكلة يتكون مجتمع البحث من طالبات المرحلة الرابعة والمرحلة الأولى في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات جامعة بغداد للعام الدراسي 2016 - 2017 م والبالغ عددهن (211) طالبة ، بواقع (61) طالبة للمرحلة الرابعة و (150) طالبة للمرحلة الأولى و بنسبة (100%). تم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الثقافي (سعد الحصناوي وجاسم عيد، 2009) ومقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي (رنا زهير فاضل، 2009) ومقياس قيم التسامح (محمد حسن المزين، 2009). وقد تم استخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات. وقد تم التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات التالية: - أن طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات (المرحلة الرابعة– المرحلة الأولى) يتمتعن بدرجة من الذكاء الثقافي والذكاء الأخلاقي وقيم التسامح. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات المرحلة الرابعة والمرحلة الأولى فى الذكاء الثقافي. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات المرحلة الرابعة وطالبات المرحلة الأولى في الذكاء الأخلاقي. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طالبات المرحلة الرابعة والمرحلة الأولى في قيم التسامح ولصالح طالبات المرحلة الرابعة توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الذكاء الثقافي وقيم التسامح لدى أفراد العينة. - توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الذكاء الأخلاقي وقيم التسامح لدى أفراد العينة. - توجد علاقة ارتباط بين الذكاء الثقافي والذكاء الأخلاقي وقيم التسامح لدى أفراد العينة. في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصل الباحثتان بما يأتي: - ضرورة تنمية الذكاء الثقافي لدى أفراد العينة. - ضرورة تعزيز الذكاء الأخلاقي لأفراد العينة من خلال إقامة دورات وندوات وبرامج تدريبية لتطويره. The research aims to identify the degree of cultural intelligence, moral intelligence and the values of tolerance among students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science for girls as well as finding differences in cultural intelligence and intelligence, moral values of tolerance among students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science depending on the educational stage variable (for the fourth phase - the first phase), as well as to identify the relationship between them. Use descriptive approach to relational manner relations suits the nature of the problem The research population of students in the fourth stage and the first stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls / Baghdad University for the academic year 2016 -2017 m and of their number (211) students, of which consists of (61) a student of the fourth phase and (150) students for the first phase and by (100% ). It was used Cultural Intelligence Scale (Alhsnawa Saad Jassim Festival, 2009) and a measure of moral intelligence (Rana Zuhair Fadhil, 2009) and measure the values of tolerance (Mohammad Hassan decorated, 2009). I have been using the bag for statistical processing. The data was reached the following conclusions: - That the students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science for Girls (Phase Alrabah- Phase I) enjoyed a degree of cultural intelligence and moral intelligence and the values of tolerance. - There were no statistically significant differences between students of the fourth stage and the first stage in the Cultural Intelligence - There were no statistically significant differences between students of the fourth stage and the students in the first phase of moral intelligence. - And no statistically significant differences between the students of the fourth stage and the first stage in the values of tolerance and for the benefit of students of the fourth stage - There is a correlation between IQ and cultural values of tolerance among the sample. - There is a correlation between intelligence and the moral values of tolerance among the sample. - There is a correlation between cultural intelligence and moral intelligence and the values of tolerance among the sample. In light of the results reached by the researchers recommend the following: - The need for the cultural development of intelligence among the sample - The need to strengthen the moral intelligence of the members of the sample through the establishment of courses, seminars, and training programs for its development. |
