| المستخلص: | The Arabic Language has got many rules that control the orthographic transcription of words. There are so many overlapping and complex rules that most learners can’t understand easily. Many scholars are talking about the difficulty of the Arabic orthographic transcription and are working to find suitable solutions for this issue. When we look at the Arabic orthographic rules, we find that there is a big set of compound and thorny rules that have many exceptions. This led to a great number of mistakes by learners and made the scalars and linguists of the Arabic language, in all times, look for ways to facilitate its orthography. Many attempts have been made by groups and individuals to solve this issue. In this research, I will discuss and analyze all the attempts and endeavors that have been made to facilitate the Arabic orthography. I will shed light over the obstacles that hindered these attempts and endeavors. I will also compare the different opinions and highlight what I believe to be correct. In short, this research tackles and analyzes the most important endeavors and attempts in the modern era to facilitate the Arabic orthography. تنطوي لغتنا العربية على كثير من القواعد التي تنظم الرسم الإملائي الصحيح، غير أن هذه القواعد كثيرة ومتداخلة ومتشابكة، بحيث يصعب على المتعلم إدراكها والإلمام بها، وتعالت الأصوات التي تندد بصعوبة الرسم الإملائي مطالبة في الوقت نفسه بإيجاد حلول مناسبة لهذه القضية. وبالنظر إلى واقع القواعد الإملائية فإننا نجد الكتابة العربية- في مجملها- محاطة بالكثير من القواعد الشائكة المركبة، التي تكثر فيها الاستثناءات والخروج على القاعدة العامة، ونجم عن ذلك كثرة الأخطاء الإملائية والقرائية عند الدراسين، وهذا ما حدا بالعرب قديما وحديثا أن يبحثوا عن سبل تيسير الكتابة، وكثرت محاولات الناس في هذا الشأن، أفرادا وجماعات. وفي هذا البحث سأناقش المحاولات التي بذلت لتيسير الكتابة العربية، ودراستها دراسة تحليلية مبينا المشكلات التي كانت تعيق هذه الجهود، ومرجحا بعض الآراء على بعض. ومن ثم جمع أبرز هذه المحاولات في العصر الحديث، ودراستها دراسة تحليلية. |
