| المستخلص: | إن مسألة أخلاقيات العمل الصحافي مسالة هامة جدا ومسؤولية مجتمعية كبرى واقعة بالأساس على الصحافي نفسه وضميره المهني الصرف ومدى تمسكه بما تفرضه عليه هذه المهنة من مهام مثل الصدق والشرف والنزاهة، وغيرها من الأخلاقيات، التي من ضروري الالتزام بها وعدم تغليب الاعتبارات المهنية الضيقة على الاعتبارات الأخلاقية العامة، كذلك العمل للصالح العام، وليس للمنفعة الخاصة، والغرض منها في النهاية هو تحسين الأداء الإعلامي والتحكم في وسائل الإعلام لصالح المجتمع. ففي ضوء الاهتمام الذي أولته القنوات التليفزيونية الفضائية العراقية لتغطية أحداث معارك تحرير الموصل، ومتابعة تطوراتها على نحو منتظم، إذ شكلت شبكة الأعلام العراقي- حيث تعد قناة العراقية إحدى تشكيلاتها - مع انطلاق معركة الموصل، في 17 أكتوبر تشرين الأول 2016، تحالف الأعلام الوطني الذي يعد بمثابة غرفة عمليات إعلامية لتغطية معارك تحرير الموصل، ويضم هذا التحالف أكثر من مئة وسيلة إعلامية تبث نشرات إخبارية مشتركة حول المعركة ومجابهة أعلام تنظيم "الدولة الإسلامية" المعروف إعلاميا ب"داعش"، وانطلاقا من عدد من الإشكاليات: المهنية والأخلاقية التي أثارتها تلك التغطية، وخاصة منها ما يتعلق بالقنوات العراقية، في ضوء ذلك؛ تمثلت مشكلة هذا البحث في معرفة مدى التزام القنوات التليفزيونية العراقية بأخلاقيات التغطية التلفزيونية من وجهة نظر النخبة الأكاديمية بوصفها من أكثر الشرائح الاجتماعية اهتماما بمتابعة الأخبار. مستندة على الأدبيات الإعلامية ذات الصلة كالمراجع العلمية ونتائج الدراسات والبحوث السابقة، متبعة منهج المسحي لدراسة الجمهور بالاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للبحث والتي وزعت على عينة من النخبة الأكاديمية بجامعة بغداد وبلغ حجم العينة 50 مفردة من الذكور والإناث. The issue of journalistic ethics is a very important issue and a major societal responsibility that lies primarily on the journalist himself and his pure professional conscience and the extent to which he adhered to the tasks imposed on him by this profession such as honesty, honor, and integrity, and other ethics, which need to be adhered to. The narrow professional considerations should not prevail over general ethical considerations, as well as the work should be done in favor of the public rather than for the personal benefit. The ultimate purpose of this is to improve media performance and control it for the benefit of society. In light of the attention given by Iraqi satellite television channels to covering the events of the liberation of Mosul and regularly following its developments, the Iraqi media network —the Iraqi channel is one of its formations — was formed with the launch of the Mosul battle on October 17, 2016. The National Media Alliance, which serves as a media operations room to cover Mosul's liberation battles, includes more than 100 media outlets that broadcast joint news bulletins about the battle and confront the media of the Islamic State, known as ISIS. Proceeding from a number of the professional and ethical problems raised by such coverage, especially with regard to Iraqi channels, in light of this; the problem of this research was to find out the extent to which Iraqi television channels adhere to the ethics of television coverage from the point of view of the academic elite as being one of the most interested social groups in following the news. \nThe study relied on the relevant media literature such as scientific references and the results of previous studies and research and followed the survey approach to study the public based on the questionnaire as a research tool, which was distributed to a sample of the academic elite at the University of Baghdad.
