| المستخلص: | يسعى هذا البحث الى دراسة قدرة مؤشرات المصارف الإنمائية في تقييم كفاءة اداء المصرف الصناعي العراقي ومن خلال متابعة مسيرة المصرف الصناعي العراقي منذ انشائه حتى الوقت الحاضر اذ لم تكن على مستوى اداء يمثل الطموح لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وقصور دوره في التنمية القطاع الصناعي وكان هذا نتيجة الى عدم الاستقرار السياسي وما رافقه من عدم استقرار اقتصادي ومالي مما نتج عنه صناعه وطنية واهنة كان الاجدر الاهتمام بها وتطويرها لتؤدي دورها في النشاط الاقتصادي اذا تكمن مشكلة البحث في انتفاء المؤشرات التي عند استخدامها تعبر عن حقيقة تقييم اداء المصرف الصناعي وهذا تحقيقه من خلال اختيار فرضيه البحث التي مفادها كيفية تكيف وتعديل المؤشرات التجارية لتتلاءم مع اهداف المصارف التنموية .وقد تم اختيار مجموعه من المؤشرات التي يطبقها البنك المركزي العراقي في تقييم اداء النشاط المصرفي وتكيفها وتحويلها الى مؤشرات تستخدم في تقييم اداء المصرف الصناعي العراقي في فتح القروض والتسهيلات المصرفية وقد تم التوصل الى مجموعه من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات This research seeks to examine the ability of banks and development indicators in the evaluation of the efficiency of the performance of the Iraqi Industrial Bank and through follow-up to the march of the Iraqi Industrial Bank since its inception to the present, as were not on the level of performance represents the ambition to achieve economic development and lack of role in the industrial sector development, and this was the result of a lack of political stability and the accompanying economic instability, Mali, resulting in the industry and the national and feeble was better attention and developed to play their role in economic activity if it is the research problem in the absence of indicators that when used reflect the reality of evaluating the performance of the Industrial Bank and this achieved through the selection of research hypothesis that that how to adapt and modify business indicators to fit with the objectives of development banks. The selected set of indicators applied by the Central Bank of Iraq valuable evaluate the performance of the banking activity and adapt and convert them to indicators used in evaluating the performance of the Iraqi Industrial Bank. In open loans and banking facilities has been to reach a total of of conclusions and recommendations. |
