| المستخلص: | أن الاهتمام بالمعاقين ومشاكلهم يشغل الكثير من العاملين في ميدان الخدمة الاجتماعية، ومما لا شك فيه أن تنمية الموارد البشرية التي تستطيع إحداث تغييرات في مختلف ميادين الحياة هو أمر مهم جدا، وهذه الموارد تحتاج إلى أيد مدربة ومؤهلة، والمعاقون حركيا من ضمن هذه الموارد بالمجتمع، لذلك حرص المجتمع الدولي عامة على أن يولي المعوقين ما يستحقونه من اهتمام ورعاية، ومن هذه الاهتمامات رعايتهم النفسية والاجتماعية لكي يصبحوا قادرين على الاعتماد على أنفسهم، وقد تضمن البحث على جانبين الأول الجانب النظري الإطار العام للدراسة ضم مشكلة الدراسة وأهميتها وأهدافها ومبحث آخر عن تحديد مفاهيم الدراسة أما الفصل الثاني فتطرق إلى مبحثين الأول تصنيفات العوق البدني وآخر عن المشكلات النفسية لذوي الإعاقة الحركية، أما الفصل الثالث الذي شمل الجانب الميداني للدراسة وقد تضمن على عدة مباحث منها منهج الدراسة وفرضياتها وعلى مجالات الدراسة وتصميم العينة الإحصائية ووسائل جمع البيانات والوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة في البحث أما الفصل الرابع فقد تم عرض البيانات الأساسية والتخصصية لوحدات العينة المبحوثة، أما الفصل الخامس والأخير فقد تضمن مبحثين الأول النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة والمبحث الثاني فقد قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات من أجل الوصول إلى أفضل النتائج في حقل رعاية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. The taking care for the handicappers and their problems occupied the thinking of many of those who are working in the field of social service, where there is no doubt that developing the humane resources who can make changes in the different fields of life is a very important thing, and these resources are in need for trained and qualified hands, and the handicapped are among these recourses in the society, for this slices the international community in general make sure that handicapped will take the deserved care most important cares are the Psychological and social cares so the become self independents 6 the research include two parts the first is the theoretical which is the general from of the study and which include the study problem, its importance, its goals, and another inquiry about identifying the study concepts, As for chapter tow it was divided in to two inquiries the first was for the sorts of handicapped and the other dedicated for Psychological problems for this category. As for chapter three which was devoted for the field study it was divided to several inquiries some of which are the study curriculum and assumptions, the fields of the study, designing the statistical sample, means of collecting data , and the statistical means in the study, As for the 4th chapter it showed the basic and the special data for the sample units under the study, as for chapter five and the concluding one, it was divided in to two inquiries the first showed the study results as for the second one the researcher submitted a group of recommendations and suggestions to reach the best outcomes in the field of handicapped care. |
