| المستخلص: | يمثل هذا البحث ما توصل إليه الباحث من مقاربات للجواب على إشكالية " علاقة السياب بالثقافة الأجنبية" ، وهذه النتائج تمثل خلاصة البحث : 1-نجد تجسد نموذج الموت والانبعاث وكيف وحدت الأسطورة قضية الموت والانبعاث بمستوياتها جميعاً، وارتفعت بتجربة السياب الفردية الخاصة إلى مجالات أنسانية كونية، فأصبح الشعر ملتزماً بقضايا الإنسان الحضارية والكونية. 2-وما تأثير الشعراء المحدثين كاليوت وستويل وغيرهما إلا امتداد لمجال توسيع الأفق المعرفي للشعر ومدّه بطاقات خلاقة عن طريق التناص والمثاقفة التي تحيل النص الشعري الى حداثة عصره، وتجعله مواكباً للتطور الحاصل في شتى مجالات الحياة. فكان تأثيرهما في الأساليب والتوظيفات الأسطورية وغيرها. 3-ويؤكد هذا البحث على أن مفهوم الحداثة غير متناقض ومفهوم التراث ، فالحداثة من التراث ، وهي انبثاق منه كانبثاق الغصون من الساق والساق من الجذور.
