| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية استقصاء فعالية برنامج قائم على الأخلاقيات الحيوية لتنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والسلوكيات البيئية الصحيحة لدى معلمات الصفوف الأولية بكلية التربية بحائل، ومن خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، تم بناء قائمة بالمفاهيم والقضايا التي يجب أن تلم بها الطالبة المعلمة وتتضمن ثمانية من القضايا والمفاهيم الحيوية والبيئية وهي كالتالي: مفهوم البيئة، التوازن البيئي، صيانة البيئة، التكنولوجيات الحيوية – زراعة الأنسجة، الهندسة الوراثي، المحاصيل المعدلة وراثياً، الأغذية المعدلة وراثياً. واختبار الاستيعاب المفاهيم ومقياس السلوكيات البيئية الخاطئة والبرنامج المقترح من (إعداد الباحثة)، وتم تطبق أدوات البحث على المجموعتين الضابطة (29) طالبة والتجريبية (30) طالبة قبلياً وبعدياً، وعقب تطبيق الأدوات مع المجموعة التجريبية تم تنفيذ البرنامج واسفرت عن العديد من النتائج من أهمها ويعني ذلك وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات المعلمات بالمجموعة الضابطة التي لم تتعرض لدراسة البرنامج تعزى لمتغير البرنامج القائم على الأخلاقيات الحيوية. وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة. The current study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a program based on the vital ethics required to develop conceptual absorption and correct environmental behaviors among the teachers of the first classes at the Faculty of Education in Hail. Using the analytical descriptive and semi-experimental methodological approaches, a list of concepts and issues that the student teacher should be familiar with was constructed. It comprises of eight of the vital and environmental issues and concepts, as follows: The concept of the environment, environmental balance, environmental conservation, biotechnologies, tissue culture, genetic engineering, genetically modified crops and genetically modified foods. The research tools included a concepts absorption test, a measure for erroneous environmental behaviors and the proposed program which was prepared/designed by the researcher. \nThe research tools were applied to both the control group consisting of 29 female students and the experimental group consisting of 30 students. They were applied pre and post. After applying the tools upon the experimental group, the program was implemented. \nThe research produced many results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically substantiated difference among the average levels of the female student teachers in the control group which did not study the program, which was attributable to the variable of the program based upon vital ethics.
