المستخلص:	The use of TICE has become an indispensable tool in teaching/learning of languages language. Relying on the interactive learning environment system, we have delivered an oral expression session to the students of French as foreign language at the university centre Ahmed SALHI of Naama, Algeria. Our study aims to examine the impact of such tool on the motivation of the learners and their success at university (how can they be able to obtain good results/grades in oral expression. This system of teaching was successful in terms of motivation whereas the students were not able to obtain the desired outcomes. In addition to displaying this approach of teaching, we aim also to understand the reasons that preclude students from getting best results. L’usage des TICE est devenu un outil incontournable dans l’enseignement/apprentissage des langues .Avec des étudiants de Français Langue Étrangère (Institut des langues étrangères, Centre Universitaire AHMED Salhi de Naâma), nous avons assumé un cours d’expression orale en utilisant un dispositif d’apprentissage interactif (ENAPIN). L’effet d’un tel outil sur la motivation des apprenants et sur leur réussite universitaire (obtention de meilleurs résultats/scores en expression orale) constituait l’objectif de notre recherche. Cependant, bien que du point de vue de la motivation le dispositif ait porté ses fruits1, du point de vue des résultats, l’effet attendu ne s’est pas accompli. En outre, dans ce présent travail, après avoir présenté notre dispositif construit pour le cours d'expression orale FLE ainsi que la recherche effectuée avec ce dispositif, nous avons cherché à comprendre ce qui aurait pu empêcher l’obtention de meilleurs résultats.
