| المستخلص: | نحاول في هذا البحث مقاربة العلاقات الجزائرية. السعودية في الفترة ما بين (1964 – 1975م) مترسمين. خصوصا. دور الزعيمين الراحلين هواري بومدين (1932 – 1978م) والملك فيصل بن عبد العزيز (1906 – 1975م) في توجيه وبناء تلك العلاقات. السؤال المطروح ما هي أسباب فتور العلاقات بين الدولتين خاصة في عهد حكومة الرئيس بن بلة تحديدا؟ وقد كان من المنتظر أن تكون على مستوى أحسن وأرفع مما كانت عليه بالنظر للمواقف المشرفة للمملكة تجاه الثورة التحريرية وإثر الاستقلال. فنقدم إجابات على السؤال في ضوء ظروف تلك الفترة. ثم نعرض للتطورات والتغيرات التي حدثت في العلاقات بين البلدين بعد التصحيح الثوري في الجزائر. ومظاهر ذاك التطور عبر مساري العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين وعبر القضايا العربية الكبرى التي هزت المنطقة خصوصا قضية فلسطين. In this research, we try to approach Algerian-Saudi relations during the period between 1964-1975, mainly outlining the role of the late leaders Houari Boumediene (1932-1978) and King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz (1906 — 1975) in guiding and building those relations. The question arises, what are the reasons for the lukewarm relations between the two countries, especially during the reign of President Ben Balla's government? It was expected that it would be at a better and higher level than it was, given the honorable positions of the Kingdom towards the liberal revolution and the aftermath of independence. We provide answers to the question in light of the circumstances of that period. We then review the developments and changes that took place in the relations between the two countries after the revolutionary correction in Algeria and the manifestations of this development through the two bilateral ties between the two countries and through the significant Arab issues that have shaken the region, especially the question of Palestine.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
