| المستخلص: | Nous nous intéressons dans le present article aux écrits institutionnels afin d’entrevoir la manière avec laquelle ils se construisent. Pour ce faire, nous avons opté pour un corpus constitué de certaines déclarations faites à l’ONU. La selection des fragments et leur analyse par le biais des outils de l’analyse du discours nous ont permis de comprendre que la cohérence interne du discours onusien par le truchement des différents procédés de modalisations est une stratégie argumentative qui confère à ce discours, nonobstant son adoption par les membres de l’assemblée générale ,une certaine crédibilité et légitimité. This study aims at addressing the institutional texts in order to reveal the way in which they are written. For this purpose, we have chosen a corpus that contains some speech addressed in the United Nations. The process of selecting and analyzing models through discourse analysis tools has allowed us to conclude that the internal consistency of the international discourse through the use of different modeling techniques is a dialectical strategy. Regard less of the adoption members of the UN General Assembly of this type of text, aiming to give a kind of credibility and legitimacy. يهدف هذا المقال إلى التطرق إلى النصوص المؤسساتية بهدف الكشف عن الكيفية التر تعتمد لكتابتها. ولهذا الغرض، وقع اختيارنا على مدونة تشتمل على بعض التصريحات الصادرة عن منظمة الأمم المتحدة. وقد سمحت لنا عملية انتقاء نماذج وتحليلها عن طريق أدوات تحليل الخطاب من هذه التصريحات للوصول إلى أن التناسق الداخلي للخطاب الأممي من خلال استعمال مختلف أساليب النمذجة يشكل استراتيجية جدلية حيث بعض النظر عن مصادقة أعضاء الجمعية العامة الأممية لهذا النوع من النصوص، يضفي عليها نوعا من المصداقية والمشروعية |
