| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم فإن من نعم الله سبحانه وتعالى التي لا تعد ولا تحصي أن يسر لي البحث في هذا الموضوع، حيث يعتني هذا البحث بجمع كل ما يتعلق بكتاب التفرد - المفقود - لأبي داود السجستاني من بطون الكتب سواء كانت لأبي داود أو لمن عاصره أو جاء بعده، وجعلها مجالاً للبحث، أما الهدف من البحث فهو إيجاد هذا الكتاب المفقود - أو جزء منه - لإمام من أئمة الحديث، وتزويد المكتبة الإسلامية بكتاب هام يعود لقرن دعا له المصطفي بالخيرية، بالإضافة لكون موضوع التفرد نفسه من أهم المسائل الحديثية الذي تتميز به الأوهام والعلل في الروايات، وهو مهم عند النقد والتعليل الحديثي، وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى أن: لعل كتاب التفرد أكبر بكثير مما تم جمعه فما جمع يعد جزء بسيطاً من الكتاب، وأن مادة الكتاب اشتملت بالإضافة إلى الحديث التعريف بالرواة جرحاً وتعديلاً وتصويباً، بينما تنوعت أحاديث الكتاب من حيث درجتها إلى صحيح وحسن وضعيف، وأن أكثر من نصف المواضع التي تم جمعها نسبت إلى كتاب التفرد لأبي داود، ولم يتطرق إليها في السنن، وأما البلاد التي ذكر أبو داود تفرد أهلها فهبي (المدينة، مكة، الطائف، اليمامة، مصر، البصرة، الكوفة، الشام). هذا وقد أوصت الباحثة: بتوجيه نظر الباحثين والباحثات للاهتمام بتراثهم المفقود وجمع ما تفرق منه في بطون الكتب، فإيجاد كتاب مفقود أو جزء منه، فيه نفع للمكتبة الإسلامية كبير. Praise to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah Muhammad and his family and companions The many blessings of Allah upon me beyond any count, is that Allah has eased for me to research this subject, collecting all that relates to the missing book “Uniqueness” - By Abu Dawood al-Sijistani from the deepness of books, whether authored by Abu Dawood, any of his contemporaries or authors after his era making them a subject area of research. The aim of the research is to find this missing book - or parts of it – authored by an imam of Hadith, and to avail the Islamic library with an important book dating back to the third century, a century blessed with goodness by the prophet AL Mustafa PBUH. In addition to the fact that uniqueness itself is one of the important Hadith issues, used to analyze and dispute claims and illusions in reported scripts of Hadith, which is important in criticism and explanation. The researcher concluded that the book “Uniqueness” is much bigger than what was collected, so what is collected is a mere small part of the book. The contents included, in addition to Hadiths, the identification of narrators; criticism, modification and correction, while the different Hadiths of this book ranged in terms of ‘degree of correctness’ from high to low (true, Good, Weak and castoff). More than half the collected items, Abu Dawood had mentioned in this book only, and did not mention them in “The Sunan” (another book). However, the cities mentioned by Abu Dawood with people reported in “Uniqueness” include (Al-Madinah, Makkah, Taif, Al-Yamamah, Egypt, Al-Basrah, Al - Kufah and Al- Sham). The researcher recommended the researchers to direct their attention and interest to their lost heritage and collect what is scattered in deepness of pages of books, as finding a missing book or part of it is a great value to the Islamic library.
