| المستخلص: | The writer has invited attention to a significant feature in human intellection and reasoning. Highlighting the dynamic nature of ideas and their consequential logic, he informs us that the great Muslim Scholars had been keenly aware of these dynamics. This awareness has been displayed in many positions taken by the scholars on a number of issues. These scholars, the author explains through citing significant illustrative examples, did not confine their reflection to an issue in isolation from its consequential logic (ma’ l t).
