| المستخلص: | La société à responsabilité limitée représente l'un des éléments les plus importants de l'économie nationale, le législateur Algérien a pris conscience et pour cela il a révisé certaines dispositions régissant cette société en droit commercial et il a apporté une série de modifications en 2015, dont le but de faciliter la création de ce type de sociétés qui représente le prototype idéal pour former de petites et moyennes entreprises, largement répandues en Algérie. تعد الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة من أهم مقومات الاقتصاد الوطني، وقد أدرك المشرع الجزائري ذلك؛ على هذا الأساس قام بمراجعة بعض الأحكام المنظمة لها في القانون التجاري، وأصدر مجموعة من التعديلات سنة 2015، تهدف إلى تسهيل إنشاء هذا النوع من الشركات التي تعد النموذج الأمثل لتكوين المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، التي تعرف انتشاراً كبيراً في الجزائر.
