| المستخلص: | التايكوندو يعتبر من الرياضيات القتالية (دفاع عن النفس) وقد حظي في السنوات الأخيرة بالاهتمام العالمي في مجال التدريب والتحكيم والتعديل الدائم في قواعد المنافسة من قبل الاتحاد العالمي للتايكوندو، وكانت تقتصر مسابقات التايكوندو على مسابقات الاشتباك "Kyorugi" إلى أن تم إدراج فن البومزا "Poomsea" ضمن المنافسات وأقيمت أول بطولة عالم في كوريا الجنوبية عام 2006م وحظيت بإقبال من معظم دول العالم وتحقيق مراكز متقدمة في منافسة قوية. \ \ ومن الواقع التدريبي نجد أن معظم البرامج التدريبية تعتمد على الإعداد البدني والمهاري والخططي دون الاهتمام بتعبئة اللاعب لقدراته النفسية المتمثلة في الصلابة العقلية للتغلب على المواقف والضغوط التي يتعرض لها أثناء المنافسة. \ \ ومن خلال انضمام الباحثة للمنتخب القومي للبومزا كلاعبة والاحتكاك المستمر بين اللاعبين واللاعبات فقد لاحظت انخفاض قدرتهم النفسية وعدم ثبات الأداء ما بين التدريب والمباريات التجريبية البسيطة (التصفيات لتحديد المستوى) والتذبذب في المستوى نتيجة القلق والخوف من الفشل والإلحاح الدائم في السؤال والاستفسار عن مكان المنافسة ونوعية وكم الجمهور والتذمر الداخلي في التغير المستمر للأماكن المنافسة ومواجهة الجمهور. \ \ وانطلاقاً من عدم استطاعة الباحثة من إجراء الدراسة على المنتخب داخل مصر وإتاحة الفرصة إلى التواجد في بطولة العالم الثانية للبومزا بكوريا الجنوبية عام 2007م، كان دافع قوي لإجرائها على لاعبات العالم للتعرف على الصلابة العقلية لديهن وعلاقتها بمستوى المباريات. \ وكانت من أهم النتائج: \ -\ وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الفائزات في كل فئة من بين الفئات العمرية في مقدار الصلابة العقلية ومستوى الأداء ببطولة العالم للبومزا. \ -\ وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المهزومات في كل فئة من بين الفئات العمرية في مقدار الصلابة العقلية ومستوى الأداء ببطولة العالم للبومزا. \ -\ وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الفائزات والمهزومات في كل فئة من بين الفئات العمرية في مقدار الصلابة العقلية ومستوى الأداء ببطولة العالم للبومزا. \ -\ وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الفئات العمرية الخمس لكل من الفائزات والمهزومات في مقدار الصلابة العقلية ومستوى الأداء ببطولة العالم للبومزا. \ -\ يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائياً بين محاور مقياس الصلابة العقلية ومستوى الأداء للبومزا لكل من الفائزات والمهزومات ببطولة العالم للبومزا. \ Taekwondo as one of the martial arts (self defense) has gained in recent years, world attention in the fields of training and adjustment Paltgim Permanent Secretary in the competition rules by the World Taekwondo Federation, was limited to competition taekwondo competitions of engagement "kyorugi" that have been listed art Albomza" poomsea "competitions were held within the first world championship in South Korea in 2006 and received popular with most of the world and to achieve advanced positions in strong competition. \ It is actually a training program, we find that most training programs based on the physical, tactical skill and without attention to the mobilization of the player of mental abilities in mentally tough to overcome the attitudes and pressures encountered during competition. \ It is through the inclusion of a researcher for the national team career as Boumza and the constant friction between the players and the players have noticed the decline in their mental instability of performance between training and matches, simple test (qualifying to determine the level) and the fluctuation in level as a result of anxiety and fear of failure and permanent representative to the urgency question and inquiry about the place of competition and the quality and quantity of public The internal discontent in the continuous change of places to compete with the public. \ Based on the inability of the researcher of the study the team in Egypt and the opportunity to be present at the world championships for the second Boumza South Korea 2007 was a strong motive for holding on to players on the world to know to have mental toughness and their relationship to the level of prospective matches. \ It was one of the most important Antaij: \ -The presence of statistically significant differences between the D winners in each category of age groups in the amount of mental toughness and level of performance for the world championship Boumza. \ -Found statistically significant differences between the D Defeated women in each category from among the age groups in the amount of mental toughness and level of performance for the world championship Boumza. \ -Found statistically significant differences between D and Defeated women winners in each category from among the age groups in the amount of mental toughness and level of performance for the world championship Boumza. \ -D. found differences statistically between age groups for each of the five winners and Defeated women in the amount of mental toughness and level of performance for the world championship Boumza. \ \ \ \ -No statistically significant link between the axes D hardness scale mental and Mistoyalada Boumza for each of the winners and World Champion Defeated women Boumza. \ |
