| 520 | |f The small and medium enterprise sector is one of the most important sectors which are relied upon for the development of countries and especially the developing countries. That is due their contribution to the creation of wealth, raising the gross domestic product, increasing exports and contributing to employment... etc. In the case of Algeria, we have sought to identify the most important efforts and objectives of the government authorities to promote this sector, as well as to highlight the consequences of this, especially during the five-year development plan (2010-2014). This is in order to find out the extent of the harmony and adaptivity of these institutions to the development policies adopted, in addition to presenting some proposals to make this sector one of the development alternatives for the Algerian economy outside the fuel sector.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
| 520 | |d Le secteur des petites et moyennes entreprises est l’un des piliers du développement en particulier ceux en sous-développement, car il contribue à la création de richesse et d'élever le produit intérieur brut, l'augmentation des exportations, ce qui contribue à l'exploitation ... etc.\nPour l'Algérie, on a essayé à travers cette recherche d'identifier les efforts les plus importants déployés par les autorités gouvernementales et ainsi que les objectifs de l'ordre à l'avancement de ce secteur, et tout en soulignant les résultats en particulier au cours du plan quinquennal de développement (2010 -2014) afin de connaitre le degré d’adaptation de ces entreprises aux politiques de développement du pays , en plus soustraire quelque suggestions qui rendra ce secteur un des alternatives de développement de l'économie algérienne en dehors des hydrocarbures . | ||
| 520 | |a يعد قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من أهم القطاعات التي يعول عليها في تنمية البلدان خاصة النامية منها، وذلك لما يساهم به في إنشاء الثروة ورفع الناتج الداخلي الخام، زيادة الصادرات، المساهمة في التشغيل... إلخ. وبالنسبة للجزائر، فقد سعينا من خلال هذا البحث إلى تبيان أهم المجهودات التي تقدمها السلطات الحكومية وكذا الأهداف التي تصبو إليها من أجل النهوض بهذا القطاع، وكذا إبراز النتائج المترتبة عن ذلك خاصة خلال المخطط الخماسي للتنمية (2010- 2014) و هذا من أجل معرفة مدى انسجام وتكيف هذه المؤسسات مع السياسات التنموية المنتهجة بالإضافة إلى طرح بعض المقترحات تجعل هذا القطاع يكون أحد البدائل التنموية للاقتصاد الجزائري خارج قطاع المحروقات. | ||
