| 520 | |b The research aims to identify the Organizational climate in kindergarten institutions, according to the estimate research sample of employed individuals in the kindergarten level. And the level of creative behavior of kindergarten teachers according to the estimate research sample of employed individuals in the kindergarten. And examine the relationship between organizational climate and the level of creative behavior of kindergarten teachers. Also known significance of differences in the answers to the research sample to identify the Organizational climate and to identify creative individuals behavior according to the variables of research: (qualification, years of experience). And it adopted in this research on the descriptive and analytical approach, and used two tools Search: (identify organizational climate, and identify creative behavior). Included research sample (308) parameter of the kindergarten teachers Damascus province. Among the most important findings of the research: 1. The existence of a statistically significant correlation between organizational climate and the level of creative behavior among teachers in kindergarten institutions. 2. The presence of a statistically significant correlation between organizational climate and the level of creative behavior among teachers in kindergarten institutions depending on the qualification of the variable. 3. There were statistically significant correlation between organizational climate and the level of creative behavior among teachers in kindergarten institutions depending on years of experience. | ||
| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى المناخ التنظيمي في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال وفق تقدير أفراد عينة البحث من العاملات في الروضة. ومستوى السلوك الإبداعي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وفق تقدير أفراد عينة البحث من العاملات في الروضة. ودراسة العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي ومستوى السلوك الإبداعي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. وأيضا تعرف دلالة الفروق في إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة المناخ التنظيمي وعلى استبانة السلوك الإبداعي وفق متغيري البحث: (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). واعتمدت في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداتي البحث: (استبانة المناخ التنظيمي، واستبانة السلوك الإبداعي). وشملت عينة البحث (308) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة دمشق. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: 1. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي ومستوي السلوك الإبداعي لدي المعلمات في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال. 2. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي ومستوي السلوك الإبداعي لدي المعلمات في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. 3. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي ومستوي السلوك الإبداعي لدي المعلمات في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. | ||
