| المستخلص: | The study aimed to identify the degree of planning to use the skill of the supervisors, and so from the standpoint of supervisors and those responsible for the supervisors in education. Was used descriptive approach, the questionnaire was also used as a tool to collect information from the study sample's members (96) supervisors and officials in the provinces of Homs and Hama. To address the data was used percentages and averages, standard deviations, and was the most prominent results of the study as follows: - The degree of planning to use the skill of the supervisors in the field of course came moderately and that from the standpoint of supervisors and those responsible for them. - The degree of planning to use the skill of the supervisors in the field of evaluation and measurement came medium degree from the standpoint of supervisors and those responsible for them. - The degree of planning to use the skill of the supervisors in the field of research and studies came to moderate from the viewpoint of supervisors and those responsible for them. The proposals of the study as follows: • Adoption of the training needs of the study in the design of training programs for mentors educators training them so as to areas that came moderately. • The Ministry of Education and the characterization and identification of educational-oriented tasks clearly taking into account the ease administrative tasks; so that he can carry out his duties as technical hoped. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة استخدام مهارة التخطيط لدى الموجهين التربويين، وذلك من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين والمسؤولين عن الموجهين التربويين في التربية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (96) موجها تربويا ومسؤولا في محافظتي حمص وحماه. ولمعالجة البيانات تم استخدام النسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، وكان من نتائج الدراسة الآتي: -أن درجة استخدام مهارة التخطيط لدى الموجهين التربويين في مجال المقرر الدراسي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وذلك من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين والمسؤولين عنهم. -أن درجة استخدام مهارة التخطيط لدى الموجهين التربويين في مجال التقويم والقياس جاءت بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين والمسؤولين عنهم. -أن درجة استخدام مهارة التخطيط لدى الموجهين التربويين في مجال البحوث والدراسات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين والمسؤولين عنهم. وكان من مقترحات الدراسة ما يأتي: •اعتماد الاحتياجات التدريبية التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في تصميم البرامج التدريبية للموجهين التربويين للتدريب عليها وذلك للمجالات التي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. • قيام وزارة التربية بتوصيف وتحديد مهام الموجه التربوي بوضوح مراعية تخفيف المهام الإدارية، كي يتسنى له القيام بمهامه الفنية بالشكل المأمول. |
