| المستخلص: | This study attempts to address the common idea, promoted by the writings that heralded the advent of the technocrat in the sense that he represents the myth of adulthood by revealing the limits of this idea, and explaining how it actually locks itself in a very rational sense. The issue that must be warned against and its danger to the university, as it holds a noble mission, aiming at promoting science, knowledge, research, freedom of thought and practice constructive criticism. It will fail to carry it and defend it Just like in raising future challenges, If this technocrat managed to impose a special zone on it, and confirm by the way that the director for the university is dependent on the promotion of the atmosphere of free debate and the adoption of democratic governance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تحاول هذه المداخلة معالجة الفكرة الشائعة، التي روجت لها تلك الكتابات التي بشرت بقدوم التكنوقراطي من منطلق أنه من يمثل أسطورة الرشد، بالكشف عن حدود هذه الفكرة، وشرح كيف أنه في الواقع ينغلق على ذاته ضمن عقلانية جدباء. الأمر الذي يوجب التحذير منه، ومن خطره على الجامعة بما أنها حاملة لرسالة نبيلة، هدفها ترقية العلم، المعرفة، البحث، حرية التفكير، وممارسة النقد البناء. فهي ستفشل في الاستمرار في حملها والدفاع عنها، مثلما في رفع التحديات المستقبلية، في حال تمكن هذا التكنوقراطي من فرض منطقة الخاص عليها، والتأكيد بالمناسبة على أن المخرج بالنسبة للجامعة مرهون بإشاعة جو النقاش الحر، وبتبني التسيير الديمقراطي. Les défis auxquels est exposé l’humanité posent l’urgence d’une mise au placard de la technocratie et de substituer à sa logique spécifique desséchée, notamment à l’université, la logique du débat libre et de la gestion démocratique. |
