| 520 | |f The current era is characterized by the phenomenon of globalization, digitization, and information explosion. This phenomenon has resulted in the accumulation of information, the multiplicity of its sources, and the changing concepts of communication and readable, audio, and video production. Thanks to the fertile convergence of three components of the computer (hardware, software, and network). Humans, with this technology, moved towards the smallest, fastest, and most efficient thing in an unprecedented way in the field of receiving, producing, storing, and retrieving digital text. Production with new digitization tools has had a severe impact on the economy, politics, culture, and human behavior. This study seeks to capture and compile the challenges we face in the era of the digital revolution in a way that makes it easier for researchers to carry out research, studies, surveys, monitoring and analysis of digital text production, weather readable, written or audible on solid ground. This study is merely a tip of an iceberg of what should be carried out in the field of conducting studies on digitization, its productions, effects, and the ways to benefit from its techniques. | 520 | |a يتميز العصر الحالي بظاهرة العولمة والرقمنة وتفجر المعلومات، وقد نتج عن هذه الظاهرة تراكم المعلومات وتعدد مصادرها وتغير مفاهيم الاتصال والإنتاج المقروء والمسموع والمرئي. وكان ذلك بفضل التلاقي الخصب لثالوث عتاد الكمبيوتر hardware، والبرمجياتsoftware ، وشبكات الاتصالاتWep ، لينتقل الإنسان بهذه التكنولوجيا بصورة غير مسبوقة في مجال تلقي النص الرقمي وإنتاجه وخزنه واسترجاعه صوب الأصغر والأسرع والأكفأ. وأصبح الإنتاج بواسطة أدوات الرقمنة الجديدة له تأثير شديد على الاقتصاد والسياسة والثقافة والسلوك البشري. \nوتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى أن تقوم بحصر التحديات التي نواجهها في عصر الثورة الرقمية وتبويبها بطريقة يسهل على الباحثين تنفيذ بحوث ودراسات وعمليات مسح ورصد وتحليل للإنتاج النصي الرقمي المقروء والمكتوب والمسموع وفق أرضية متينة. وقراءتنا في هذه الدراسة ليست إلا غيضا من فيض مما ينبغي أن ينتج من الدراسات حول الرقمنة وإنتاجاتها وأثارها وسبل الإفادة من تقنياتها. لذا تجتهد هذه الدراسة إلى الابتعاد قدر الإمكان عن التصورات المسبقة والمسلمات الموجودة سلفاً أو البحث عنها في الموضوع لتقديمها كما يتراءى للدارس قبل التمحيص. | ||
