| المستخلص: | The reorganization of the military legislation in the course of the XIXth century offered the Tunisian reformist class an ambition program and equally exercised an awakening impact on the city drivellers society. We try in this study to acknowledge the impediments of legislative administration and its disappointments. The text is trying to develop the way to produce the military laws and the circunstances which accompanied the writing system of these laws, to analyse the difficulties and obstacles that accompanied this program. La réorganisation de la justice militaire au XIXe siècle et la rédaction des nouvelles dispositions de la discipline militaire représentaient un programme ambitieux pour l’élite réformiste tunisienne; elles furent également un facteur d’éveil au sein de la société, citadine en particulier. Nous tentons dans ce texte d’analyser les contours de ce programme de réforme à travers ses ambitions et ses limites. |
