| 520 | |b The subject of human rights remains one of the most important and renewable issues, which survives as long as Man itself exists. Therefore, this research has sought to present the subject of human rights. From the beginning , the concepts of rights, freedoms and then the concept of rights and public freedoms have been set in the three political ideologies, individualism, socialism and sociological and brought the explanation of freedom characteristics where generality, relativity, positivity and negativity are shown and stand on the categories of jurisprudence of public freedoms, whether traditional or modern. Then the human rights classifications as contained in the international agreements, treaties and declarations, the political, social, economic and cultural rights have been explained. Let us arrive at a conclusion and recommendations that emphasize rights and freedom as a value that must be for everyone, because everyone is a human being seek a better and more sophisticated, cultivated and equalized life. | ||
| 520 | |a يظل موضوع حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة من المواضيع المهمة والمتجددة والباقية بقاء الإنسان ذاته. لذلك سعيت في هذا البحث إلى أن أقدم لموضوع حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة بتناول مفهوم الحقوق والحريات، ثم مفهوم الحقوق والحريات العامة في المذاهب السياسية الثلاثة الفردي والاشتراكي والاجتماعي، مع توضيح خصائص الحرية حيث العمومية والنسبية والإيجابية والسلبية، لنقف على التصنيفات الفقهية للحريات العامة سواء كانت تقليدية أو حديثة، ثم تصنيفات حقوق الإنسان بحسب الوارد منها في الاتفاقيات والإعلانات الدولية، التي أوضحنا فيها الحقوق السياسية ثم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية، لنصل إلى نتائج تؤكد أهمية حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة كقيمة يجب أن تكون لكل إنسان ننشد له الحياة الأفضل والأكثر رقي وحضارة ومساواة. | ||
