| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث معوقات مشاركة طلاب الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع، حيث تعد مشاركة طلاب الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع وتقويمها أهمية كبري من جانب المتخصصين في التربية سواء على الصعيد المحلي أو العربي أو العالمي. إن إقامة العديد من المناشط الطلابية سواء داخل كل جامعة على حده وفق برنامج طلابي أو في الموسم الطلابي السنوي على مستوي الجامعات حيث تقام العديد من النشاط التي تتضمن ندوات ولقاءات طلابية ومسابقات ثقافية وغيرها. ولا شك أن هناك الكثير من المعوقات التي تحد من مشاركة الطلاب الجامعيين في المجتمع ومن هذا المنطلق جاء التساؤل الفرعي ما أبرز المعوقات التي تؤدي إلى عزوف بعض الطلاب في الجامعات عن المشاركة في خدمة المجتمع بليبيا. وللإجابة عن التساؤلات تم استخدام العديد من الأدوات المنهجية منها الملاحظة العلمية البسيطة، الإحصاءات والسجلات الرسمية وإستمارة المقابلة المقننة وكإطار مرجعي تم تحديد جامعتي طرابلس والزاوية كإطار مرجعي، وتم اختيار عينة مقصودة من طلاب جامعتي طرابلس والزاوية بعدد 400 طالب ومن خلال تحليل المعلومات والبيانات باستخدام برنامج العلوم الاجتماعية SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:- أن أغلبية العينة تشارك دائما في الأنشطة المجتمعية حيث تمثل نسبة 54% من إجمالي العينة، وأن الأسر الليبية لا تلعب الدور الأساسي في الدفع بالطالب نحو المشاركة في الأنشطة المجتمعية، كما أن النتائج توصلت إلى أن عدم تفهم المجتمع الليبي لدور الفتاة بدءا من الأب والأخ والأقارب والذي يعد العائق الأساسي لعدم مشاركة الفتاة في الخدمة المجتمع. This research deals with the obstacles of participation of university students in the service of society. The participation of university students in community service and evaluation is of great importance by specialists in education, whether locally, Arabic or internationally. The establishments of many student activities within each university individually according to the student program or in the annual student season at the university level, where many activities are held that include seminars, student meetings, cultural competitions and others. There is no doubt that there are many obstacles that limit the participation of university students in the service of society and from this point came the main question to examine how to overcome the obstacles to the participation of students in university education in the service of society, which stemmed from the sub-question What highlighted the obstacles that lead to the reluctance of some students in Universities to participate in community service in Libya. In order to answer the questions, many methodological tools were used, including simple scientific observation, statistics, official records and the standardized interview form. As a frame of reference, the universities of Tripoli and Zawia were selected as a reference frame. A sample of students from Tripoli and Zawia universities was selected with 400 students. The SPSS study found the following results: That the majority of the sample is always involved in community activities, representing 54% of the total sample, and that Libyan families do not play the main role in pushing students to participate in community activities. The results also found that the Libyan society does not understand the role of the girl, starting from father, brother and relatives, is the main obstacle to the lack of participation of girls in the service of society. |
