| المستخلص: | انهار النظام المالي والمصرفي في الصومال مع انهيار الحكومة الصومالية في عام 1991 مما جعل الشعب الصومالي في موقف صعب، حيث توقفت كل الخدمات التي كان يقدمها الجهاز المصرفي بشقيه الحكومي والتجاري، وفي هذه الظروف الصعبة انبرت شركات لحوالة الصومالية بإنقاذ الموقف وصد الفراغ الذي تركه الجهاز المصرفي الذي انهار مع انهيار مؤسسات الدولة الصومالية. يتناول هذا البحث الظروف التي أدت إلى نشأة شركة الحوالة الصومالية وتطورها، كما يتناول المراحل المختلفة التي مرت بها تلك الشركات بدأ بالمراحل البدائية التي بدأت بالتحويل عبر التجار الموردين ومرورا بمرحلة التحويل عبر الأون لاين ومرحلة التحويل عبر الجوال mobile money transfer حتى انتهت بتحول بعض الشركات إلى مصارف تجارية متكاملة. يتعرض البحث للتوصيف الفقهي لأنشطة شركات الحوالة الصومالية وكذا إلى الآثار الاقتصادية والتمويلية لشركات الحوالة الصومالية على القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة، وكذلك يتم تحليل التحديات والمخاطر التي تتعرض لها هذه الشركات، مع إيراد بعض الحلول والاقتراحات للتغلب على تلك التحديات. The financial and banking system collapsed in Somalia with the collapse of the Somali government in 1991, which made the Somali people in a difficult situation, where all the services provided by the banking system were stopped with both its government and commercial fields. In these difficult circumstances, the companies of the Somali Hawala emerged to save the situation and fill the gap left by the banking system that collapsed with the collapse of the institutions of the Somali state. This research discusses the circumstances that led to the emergence of the Somali Hawala Company and its development. It also deals with the various stages that these companies have undergone. They began with the preliminary stages that started with the transfer of supplying merchants to the online conversion phase and the mobile money transfer phase, until they ended with some companies transforming into integrated commercial banks. The research turned to the descriptive characterization of the activities of the Somali Hawala companies, as well as the economic and financial effects of the Somali Hawala companies on the different economic sectors.
