| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى صيانة وتأهيل التراث العمراني في مدينة الزبير، الذي يعد شاهدا حيا على أصالة العمران وارتباطه الوثيق بالبيئة المحلية والعادات والتقاليد المتوارثة خاصة في الدور السكنية القديمة ذات التصميم المعماري والعمراني الملائم لظروف المناخ الصحراوي الحار، وقد سعت كثير من الدول إلى إعادة أحياء هذا التراث لقناعتها بانه لا تقاس نهضة الشعوب بما وصلت اليه من تطور عمراني وحضاري فحسب، وإنما تقاس أيضا في الحفاظ عليه من تقادم الزمن من فرضية مبدأ التجديد الحضري الذي يقوم على التأثير المتبادل بين أجزاء المدينة والعلاقة التكاملية بينها، كما يحاول البحث التعرف إلى سياسات التجديد الحضري ودوافعه وأساليبه، كإعادة التطوير وإعادة التأهيل للموروث العمراني، وتلخصت مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود تصور واضح عن سياسات التدخل في مجال التجديد الحضري في منطقة الدراسة من خلال تقييم واقع الحال للتراث العمراني. This research aims to maintain and rehabilitate the urban heritage in the town of Zubair, who is a living witness to the authenticity of Urbanism and close association with the local environment, customs and traditions inherited especially in architectural and urban design appropriate to the desert climate warm to the conditions of the old homes, and many states have sought to revive this heritage of the conviction that he is not measured by the renaissance of peoples, including up to him from the urban and cultural evolution only, but also measured in the preservation of the limitations of time from the premise of the principle of urban renewal which is based on the mutual influence between the parts of the city and the relationship of complementarity between them, as research is trying to identify the urban renewal policies the motives and methods, such as the return of development and rehabilitation of the urban heritage, and summarized the research problem in the absence of a clear idea about the intervention in the field of urban renewal policies in the study area by assessing the reality of the Architectural heritage. |
