| المستخلص: | The Arab Administrative Development Organization is one of the institutions working in the field of administrative development to support that field in the Arab world through partnerships with regional and global organizations, activating its research activity, and publishing it in the Arab world. One of the aspects of this activity is the compilation of the Arabic administrative term. This activity resulted in a unique experiment, the "Dictionary of Administrative Terms" 2013. It is the first dictionary of administrative terms published by an organization with high experience in the field of administrative development. It is based on tracing the English term with the French equivalent and in front of them the Arabic equivalent and its brief definition in the Arabic language. After an in-depth analytical reading of the work, and despite the effort expended in collecting, arranging, and defining, the researcher seemed to have some issues related to the general approach, the formal methodology, and the issues of translation of the term that must be paid attention to in the subsequent editions of the dictionary. The research will observe this in a quick comparison between it and the glossary of administrative terms produced by the organization in the last century.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 تعد المنظمة العربية للتنمية الإدارية إحدى المؤسسات العاملة في مجال التنمية الإدارية بهدف دعم ذلك المجال في الوطن العربي عن طريق الشراكات مع المنظمات الإقليمية والعالمية، وتفعيل النشاط البحثي الخاص به ونشره في الوطن العربي، وأحد وجوه هذا النشاط صياغة المصطلح الإداري العربي. وقد نتج عن هذا النشاط تجربة فريدة هي "معجم المصطلحات الإدارية" 2013م. وهو أول معجم في المصطلحات الإدارية تنشره منظمة ذات خبرة عالية في مجال التنمية الإدارية، وهو مبنى على تتبع المصطلح الإنجليزي مع وضع المقابل الفرنسي وأمامهما المقابل العربي وتعريفه باللغة العربية تعريفا مختصرا. وبعد قراءة تحليلية متعمقة في العمل، وبرغم الجهد المبذول في الجمع والترتيب والتعريف بدت للباحث بعض القضايا الخاصة بالمنهج العام والمنهجية الشكلية وقضايا ترجمة المصطلح التي يجب التنبه إليها في الإصدارات اللاحقة للمعجم، وسيقوم البحث برصد ذلك في مقارنة سريعة بينه وبين دليل المصطلحات الإدارية الذي أخرجته المنظمة في القرن الماضي. |
