| 520 | |b 1) Mecca is entitled to some properties, privileges and virtue to other places on earth. 2) The attendees of the Sacred Mosque (Masjid al-Haraam) are the people of Mecca, including little space between them and the Meccan sanctuary. 3) The people of Mecca (Meccans) wear Ihram for performing Hajj from their houses, and for performing Umrah from the closest place, out of Haram boundaries. 4) It is permitted' for whoever wants to perform pilgrimage among the Meccans, to perform Qiran Hajj or Tamattu’ Hajj and then the performer is not obliged to slaughter. 5) It is not obliged for Meccans (People residing in Mecca) to perform Tawaf AlQudum (Arrival Tawaf). 6) Uncovering Shoulder and Fast Walking are not obliged for whoever circulated AlKaaba AlMusharrafah, for Meccans. 7) It is not obliged for Meccans (People residing in Mecca) to perform Tawaf AlWada (Farewell Tawaf), nor for whoever wants to stay in Mecca after performing pilgrimage (Hajj). | ||
| 520 | |a - لمكة خصائص، ومزايا، وفضيلة على غيرها من بقاع الأرض. 2- حاضرو المسجد الحرام هم أهل مكة، وبينهم وبين الحرم دون مسافة القصر. 3- أهل مكة يحرمون للحج من منازلهم، وللعمرة من أدنى الحل. 4- يجوز لمن أراد الحج من أهل مكة أن يحج قارنا، أو متمتعا وليس عليه هدي. 5- لا يسن لأهل مكة طواف القدوم. 6- الاظطباع، والرمل لا يشرعان لمن طاف بالبيت وهو من أهل مكة. 7- ليس على أهل مكة طواف وداع، ولا لمن أراد الإقامة بها بعد الحج. | ||
